I have been using Hilbery Chaplin to let my property now for around 16 years. Through out that time I have found them to be professional, efficient and personable. Most importantly they listen to the client needs and don't try to push you. Highly recommend them.

Liars. Awful service. Had no intention of letting out any property to us. Maybe because of our background. John Waller constantly lied about the refurbishment of shops hence why we weren’t able to rent any shop yet space is still exactly the same.

Made to wait an hour for a house that was already sold, which we only found out after calling them despite getting an email confirmation the day before. Giving 1 star for the lady on the phone who was actually understanding and made the effort to explain why, unlike the person who booked us in.

Woefully poor 'management' company. Half-baked vetting on their tenants and then either they will do the bare minimum to delay taking action or just decide to ignore complaints altogether, so long as they are getting their money..

Excellent service from Robert and his staff enable me to rent out my garage to another of their tenants moving into a flat on the development without a garage, thus creating a "win - win" situation for all concerned. This was negotiated quickly and easily by Hilbery Chaplin Lettings, where I have been a landlord for over 15 years. I would recommend Hilbery Chaplin to both Landlords and prospective tenants.

Terrible company and unprofessional. In particular Charlie Edwards, incredibly rude and unprofessional!! The way that child spoke to me was disgusting. I cant believe they are allowed to treat clients this way. I will be reporting the company and taking my complaint much further. THE OWNERS OF THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!
