I just completed my sale of my flat in Laindon.
I had several estate agents visit myself to give me quotes, from those I got exactly the same price quoted, I chose Hilbery even though they were not the cheapest, I chose them because I liked Paul, and I thought he would work the best for me. It turned out I was absolutely correct in my choices, I sold my place on the second viewing, at the price I wanted, many thanks Paul and all the team at the office.

Thank you so much to Paul and his team at Laindon. We were so impressed after being very disappointed with the first estate agents we used. The quality of the work from the description of our property through to the photos were outstanding and you could clearly see from the very beginning of meeting Paul how dedicated he was to his job and doing his very best to sell our property, which was achieved within 2 weeks.
We would definitely recommend again, and have done since the sale of our property.

Sadly didn't live up to expectations. After 2 weeks with them we had no viewers and we're advised to reduce our price. We weren't happy with the suggestion but decided to try it.
After 6 weeks with them we had 5 bookings but only 3 turned up and we didn't get any feed back.
2 days before we were cancelling our 8 week contract with them we had another viewer. An offer was made but unfortunately way below the minimum guide price.
The agent tried hard to get us to accept it but we couldn't as it would affect our budget going forward.
We didn't feel like the agent was working in our best interest.
