It is unusual to find products and services where you can say this in all honesty – many services over-sell themselves and/or under-deliver. An amazing Company. One I share with anyone who is trying to sell their property. Transaction for me was HIVE selling a good friend of mine's house. Within two weeks it was sold Subject to Contract etc. Long live HIVE and the people who work there.

We have been impressed by Tracy since she first called at our property She very quickly felt like a friend and someone we could trust. Never a day went by when she did not get in touch to keep us informed.
She was positive and proactive making a point of becoming very knowledgeable about our property and was always able to show it off to its best advantage. Tracey was very innovative and creative and worked with us and the HIVE media team to effectively market our house.
If you are selling your house you need Tracey.
HIVE offered to sell our house in 4 weeks and to our surprise sold it in 13 days.

We received outstanding service from James Evans at Hive & Partners during what was a tricky and pressured sale. He picked up the pieces after we’d had two disastrous sales fall through with a high street agent (who couldn’t have been more disinterested).
James was positive and proactive from the first time we met, unlike the other agents that seemed to just drone on about how awful the market was! His creative and pragmatic approach meant we quickly found the right buyers, and also kept the transaction on track after the chain collapsed a few days before Christmas. James was so easy to work with, professional, and his communication couldn’t be bettered. Never just took anything at face value when chasing down the other solicitors/agents in the chain. On top of that, the marketing materials and social media promotion were a level above anything else we’ve seen and really did our property justice.
We highly recommend James @ Hive to anyone considering marketing their property. We would not hesitate to use him next time. Thanks for keeping us sane James!

When you look for a property you soon work out which Estate Agents are the best and James is one of them. I recently bought a property he was marketing and nothing was too much trouble - even when I was being indecisive and had quite a few viewings! Highly recommended!

We used Matt to sell our property, and have been very pleased. Communication has been great throughout - personally for me, I opted to use WhatsApp, but Matt would have been fine with phone, email etc.
The marketing material was seriously decent stuff. The book that was made for selling our house was very special with amazing photos taken too, along with a video.
Matt is a really decent chap to deal with and I believe genuinely wants to do best for both seller and buyer.
I would recommend Matt at HIVE to anyone looking to sell their house.

We immediately knew he was the right agent for us and we weren’t wrong. He even did a drive by just to pop in and check on us and put our sold sign straight after it had been windy.
