For weeks I have tried to get. Reply regarding a property they have available. Several emails, phone calls and not got anywhere. I decided to come to see their reviews and I must admit I am not surprised. “Unpopular, unprofessional, arrogant, money grabbing, no replies, liars, cheats, scammers.” These words are gathered from their reviews. I wish I’d read these reviews before hand. I paid the first months fees and admin charges to Ellis and partners for a unit in lynch lane Weymouth. I was suppose to take the unit on the 13th of feb. I keep calling the office and sending emails to contact Nick Ellis. Every time I call he’s unavailable and is meant to call me back and never does, every email I send he doesn’t respond to. I’ve now sent a 7 day notice for the money to be paid back or I will have to go through the courts. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE... Read more

Do not deal with these people they are rude arrogant and totally up their own. Their properties are not fit for rats to live in they are infested with fleas and mice and serious amounts of damp and mould . They take advantage of young residents and dont care how bad their properties are as long as they get their overpriced rent paid. They charge extortionate prices for unsuitable and uninhabitable accommodation.... Read more

Extremely bad service, we have put an offer in September on one of their property and been mislead for months by this company. Is almost like they didn't want us to rent anything from them. We have wasted months waiting for any decent communication and the answer was always :" the landlord is on holiday and she will come back to you shortly'. We have wasted months only to find out today from their website that the property was rented out to someone else. We have never left a negative comment anywhere but this is unacceptable and other customers need to be prepare for possibly similar situation.... Read more

I am a neighbour off one property they are supposed to manage. I have contacted them numerous time to explain their tenants,dump rubbish on the street by the bins which is contaminated. There is at least 20 black bags overflowing. Their answer is we will try to get it sorted. Two weeks later and another call nothing. A real health hazard 298 holdenhurst road.... Read more
