I recently bought and sold with Claire and her team and I found the whole experience really enjoyable resulting in the fairly straightforward purchase of a lovely home in Highams Park. and fairly easy sale of my previous home in Walthamstow. Claire has a great team of sensible women who are able to give advice on all the usual (and unusual) queries that inevitably arise when purchasing/selling. She managed to keep me calm and helped me make the right decisions when issues arose and was able to refer me to other sources of help/advice when necessary. I had not been involved in buying/selling for nearly 20 years so was completely lacking in recent experience and expected to get messed around and lost in the whole system. However, I was really impressed by the responsive and personal service I received - my calls were answered either immediately or returned very swiftly and I was given regular updates to keep me reassured that all was on track or that something needed my attention. Hobson provide a no-nonsense, straightforward, professional service - it is a good traditional, local business - we need more independent small businesses like this one! Thanks Claire and team!...
