We tried to let out our house in Woodford Green .
Unfortunately the company couldn’t make it due to the miscommunication between the would be tenant and the agent . The tenant piled up the requirements and contractor kept on doing and being a landlord only kept loosing the rent and the money in construction.
Not happy with their work and approach .May be next time they does good and I remove the review .

Efficient and straight forward! No hidden fees! We had a great experience with william rose. Renting was quick and smooth. Communication flow went well, keeping us updated on all steps of the process which was quite reassuring.

Interface with Jake was easy, all appointment were punctual.
With no chain the the completion took six weeks. A minor point - some information flow between seller / agent / solicitors could have been faster

Very pleased with the overall service. A buyer was found within a week and William Rose vetted the buyer and confirmed he had the means. Communicated with me regularly over the solicitor process and informed me immediately if there were any developments.

Selling my first home was long and complicated to say the least especially as I live abroad! However Jake and Sean were great throughout the process, I had multiple viewings and offers that they managed within days, and despite the initial 2 offers falling through due to external circumstances, both helped maintain and manage relationships and were very helpful in chasing up solicitors/all parties involved when needed - thank you so much for making a very stressful process a little less stressful - I’d highly recommend!
