They cheated me one of the property where the agents accepted the offer and sent email just end of day of Friday and he hold me for one and half week for not searching any property then later he said that the owner accepted from the tenant but the property is there in the market more than 4 months as under offer status. I had asked the agent to send me sales memo but he did not do so. So, they are not professional agents. Be careful with them.

I can’t recommend William Rose highly enough. From start to finish the team were amazing, Jay, Jake, Gok and Sean kept me updated and calm (when I was not feeling very calm, sorry guys!) and reassured throughout. Selling your home can be an incredibly stressful process but the expert team at WR took away so much of that stress and handled the process seamlessly. Their knowledge of the local area is impeccable and there’s no ‘hard sale tactics’ just a great experience dealing with real people who go above and beyond. A huge thank you to the entire team!

Jake was an absolute star to work with from the off. We interviewed a few other local agents, and Jake’s pitch was by far the most thorough and accurate. He really went above and beyond. If you are looking to sell a property within days, not weeks, go with William Rose, as they know how to realistically value a property.

From the first meeting of our representative, Jake Latch, there was a relaxed but solid professional approach given to me understanding my needs, my desires and making sure he tailored the selling programme to achieve my expectations.
He arranged everything to do with the sale and found a buyer within a few weeks.
He made sure the sale process proceeded promptly and professionally smoothing the way for a completion a few weeks later.
I have high praise for the professionalism and hard work put in by him.

I felt I was promised a lot and non of that happened. Open house for example and directors would do viewings.
I wasn’t getting updates after viewings and info on get agent wasn’t what I was emailed either when I did get emails back after viewings.
I did advise I wasn’t happy and was then told they would try harder but nothing changed nor did I get any improvement with communication so that why I’m now with another agent.
Really disappointed.
