Fantastic service from Tracy and Lochlan.
My partner and I had some stressful experiences with looking for a flat to rent around North/North East London. We found a flat that Abode had listed, enquired and viewed that same day. Lochlan showed us around and was very candid about the flat and the area, and made me feel at ease about not having to rush decisions and put an offer in ASAP.
Once we decided to put an offer in and it was accepted, Tracy helped get all the documentation and referencing completed. Abode use a handy portal to upload everything we needed to and that all worked very smoothly, with Tracy helping guide us through each step. Both Tracy and Lochlan provided helpful information about the bills at the property, which helped us get set up ahead of moving in.
Once everything was signed we collected the keys and Tracy gave us a lovely welcome box, which was a really nice touch. So far everything has been smooth and easy with dealing with Abode to get anything sorted with the flat, and we’re very happy with our new home.
I’ve rented as a student and as a young professional in London, and Abode has been by far the best estate agents I’ve dealt with so far. The staff take care to ensure as a tenant you feel just as valued as the landlord, which I’ve never experienced before!

The last time Tracy told me i would get an update when i called to get the update the following day i was told she had booked the day off for her birthday. The TDS have already been informed and have already reached out to Abode; its typical of the company that they should be suggesting I contact the TDS when I already have and they have already contacted Abode with NO RESPONSE AS OF YET! I have used to Abode as my letting agents since 2019 for my property in Woodford. There are quite a few estate agents on the High Road but I went into abode as a friend said they had used to them and recommended them. I have had a positive experience with Abode, they have been quick to find tenants as my property has not really been empty since I put it on let and the tenants abode has found me have always been very good and I've had no problems with the flat in that regard. They are fast and efficient when communicating with you and never fail to respond to questions quickly. All management of the property has been pretty smooth and as a first time letter they've always been clear and good at explaining things in process I dont understand. So big thanks to Abode and Tracy who usually handles my property for making it a relatively stress free process thus far.

We used them for selling our property. The property got sold after first set of viewings. They also arranged a solicitor upon our request (equally wonderful!).
