Adam & Jenny at WJ Meades, have been a massive support all the way through this process. They have kept me grounded and reassured all the way through from beginning to end, even at times when I have felt like throwing the towel in, and my blood pressure was going through the roof.

We submitted our offer straightaway after he showed the property through videoconference and it was accepted and taken off the market the morning after.
He was really responsive and gave us a lot of advice about the area and the property itself after all his experience having sold similar properties in the area before.
The best thing is, it took us just 5 weeks to complete!

My experience with this agency was incredibly disappointing. Despite sending an offer letter to them about a property, they failed to respond to my inquiries. There was no feedback on the outcome, and they never provided any updates or returned any calls in case I was still interested. I cannot recommend these agents due to their lack of communication and unresponsiveness. If you're looking for a reliable agency, it's best to explore other options.

Within a week of my property being on the market with WJ Meade, he got me an offer after a previously poor experience with another local estate agent who managed only five viewings and zero offers in two months. I decided to go with WJ Meade as I told Adam about my struggles so far and he was happy to take over. We have a family history of positive experiences with other WJ Meade branches in Walthamstow when buying and selling, and they got us a result again!
Adam remained a professional and calming influence throughout the transaction and was always available for support and encouragement through the ups and downs which are very common when buying and selling in a chain. He's a very friendly agent and his knowledge and experience shone through when helping us.

We recently bought our new house in lovely Highams Park and I wanted to recommend W J Meade as they were just awesome. Everything was so much easier buying with them than with other agents we had dealt with (especially as a few houses fell through with other agents). Adam in particular was a superstar and was always 2 steps ahead with helping us to have as smooth a journey as we could hope for. We didn't have the easiest of rides with our buyer and Adam was such a good mediator and was incredibly helpful in guiding us on next steps and how we should move forward. He was also always happy to coordinate with the various parties involved when needed.
Before we found the house we have now bought Adam showed us a number of properties, and was really patient as we worked out what kind of house we wanted to buy for our first home. With things being so competitive around here, we massively appreciated his honesty at all times and that is why we kept going back to him and trusting his advice house by house.
When we eventually sell our house in years to come we will be using W J Meade. If anyone is due to sell soon then definitely get in touch with Adam.

Disgusted with the customer service from w.j Meade, one person in particular Gareth. After viewing a property and becoming interested, I was waiting to hear back after from him, when I finally did I was told she decided on someone else but wasn't set in stone as of yet and would keep me updated, to which I asked if he could help me with afew other properties I was interested in viewing etc, after texting, ringing and emailing (even the head office) I still haven't received a single update, text call or anything! It would have been nice to have at least one reply!

We brought our second house through the Highams Park team at WJ Meade. A very friendly and helpful bunch. The manager and assistant manager really stood out to us. Nothing was too much for them. Obviously they met us at the property to handover the keys on moving day and even offered to lend a hand with the unloading. I'm pretty sure they were joking but really, nothing seemed too much for them - Its lovely to see people trying to go the extra mile. I encourage anyone detailing with them in the future not to worry what you ask of them - that was our experience anyway. I was quite a pain constantly calling asking for updates (ooppps) but again, they just seemed happy to help. So if you are one of those like me, go ahead and ring, they wont mind :)

The service at the Highams Park branch was absolutely appalling. I had to constantly be chasing up the agent for updates. There was no proactive communication and in many cases, where I was able to get some feedback, the information provided was incorrect. All of which resulted in me having to abort a purchase having wasted thousands of pounds, as well as months of my time. A totally unprofessional group.
