Avoid at all costs. Countless maintenance issues during our tenancy that were left unaddressed. Took over a year to have a leaking window repaired. The EPC rating of the property was falsified. When other landlords were giving tennants a discount to their rent during the early stages of the pandemic, these guys were trying to increase our rent. We were threatened that the landlord could increase our rent to any amount and we would have to accept it or be evicted. During the end of our tenancy the letting agent gave access to a contractor without giving us the legally required notice.... Read more

The lady I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was asking me inappropriate questions and although having my contact details, she still was spelling my name wrong in every email, very illiterate of her. Cancelling my appointment in the last minute, I had to arrange time off work for this appointment and it was a loss for me as the last minute she didn't turn up... Read more

I had a viewing booked with this company and they cancelled the the booking 5 minutes before while I was waiting outside the property. When I called them up they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They cut the line on me and didn’t let me speak a word. The lady was extremely rude she was asking unnecessary and additional questions that weren’t even needed. She needs to get a new job, management should look into this.... Read more

Avoid this letting agent. Viewed a flat was told a price and told there was optional parking avaliable but we didn't need this and wasn't an issue with the agent . The deposit was paid the same day. We then get a call to say actually its £100 a month more than what we was told and said parking is now not optional so the price has gone up! We refused the price and the deposit was refunded back ... to then go on online and see the SAME apartment for cheaper than what we was told it was going up by??? Bromley marks squares new build 1 bed balcony) (Incase anyone is planning on using these people) when we called the agent they was NOT apologetic in anyway and told us well yes its cheaper than what we have told you we put it up by BUT WE WILL BE PUSHING FOR MORE AND WANT £1350!! surely this is false advertisement to put flats on the market at one price then to charge the price NOT once but TWICE. Terrible service, unprofessional and clearly can't be trusted as a letting agent and very under handed. Avoid this joke of a business.... Read more
