We had an excellent experience with Alan de Maid in Beckenham. We recently bought a house through them and they have supported us all the way through. Communication was punctual, Ross has gone the extra mile to meet all our requests. A friendly and helpful team, Lisa has been exceptional in making things moving quickly and avoid the purchase to fall through. We moved a month ago and Ross is still kindly liaising with the seller whenever we've got questions. Lovely and super approachable guy, everybody we spoke to in the office has been helpful. If we ever decide to sell again, we are definitely going to appoint Alain de Maid in Beckenham!

Selling a property is never easy but selling one when you live in a different part of the country makes it an even greater challenge. Working with Lisa Knight and the team at the Beckenham branch of ADM made the whole process so much easier.
We consulted with a couple of different agencies before signing up with ADM. Lisa's professionalism, knowledge of the local area and outstanding knowledge of the market made our choice very easy. From day one, the attention to detail, timely and accurate communication was fantastic from the team. They were all so helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us through the process.
Lisa Knight particularly stands out as someone who is credible, genuine and is a credit to the profession. We have had a number of poor experiences in the past where we have both bought and sold properties local to Beckenham. The personalised service and great care demonstrated by Lisa was incredible and she went over and above to navigate us through a number of complex issues to secure the sale.

Wonderful experience.
As a first time buyer I found all the agents in Beckenham amazing to deal with, knowledgeable, responsive and most key no 'guff' but straight talking.
Use them not a bigger chain. Their connection to the local area and the stakeholders one needs to complete a transaction are second to done.

Without a doubt the best estate agent experience I have had. ADM helped me with the purchase of my first property and worked around the clock to ensure that the entire process for the purchase took less than 12 weeks from our first viewing to completion.
I want to give a special shout-out to Gina who was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She responded quickly to all emails and made sure that the process was as smooth as possible for both buyer and seller.
