Avoid selling your property with Winkworth. We had a 'buyer" confirmed. No updates for 6 weeks only to find out the buyer hadn't secured their mortgage. General lack of updates through the process and constant chasing thereafter. Much better off going with KKH. Also, notice most of the 5 star reviews are from people with less than 5 reviews...

The Lettings Team currently manage our house in Beckenham and have done sterling work to date.
Our emails are responded to swiftly and with alacrity. What's more, the tenants Winkworth have found for us have been superb.

The team at Winkworth Beckenham are great. I've purchased property through their sales team in the past, and continue to use their lettings team in respect of two flats that I rent out. I can't fault the service they provide: always timely, always professional, they are proactive when it comes to solving problems and have a great understanding of the needs of both the landlord and the tenant. Particular thanks to Laura and Maddie for my most recent new tenancy, but in my experience, the whole team is first class, with great knowledge of the local area. Highly recommended.

You wouldn't normally find my writing 5 star reviews about estate agents, but Winkworth Beckenham have been all-round excellent. Sorted out a great rental for us at short notice, then helped us find a house to buy on the same street, and even arranged the mortgage broker and solicitors for us - getting us great deals on everything. They are very professional, relaxed and stress-free agents compared to many others in London. Can highly recommend them both as a tenant and a buyer.

Sophie Boath at Winkworth in Beckenham helped us sell our flat and she was absolutely fantastic. For a number of unfortunate reasons we had a difficult sale which spanned 16 months and 3 buyers. Sophie never once lost interest or energy in the sale. She was excellent at communicating via telephone, text and e-mail. She would never back away from doing the difficult jobs and secured us the best price for the sale that I think we could have got. Sophie was also massively supportive during this stressful period for which I am extremely grateful. A first class estate agent and the best I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend Sophie Boath and Winkworth at Beckenham for the sale of any properties.
