When you think estate agents it’s always hit and miss but this is one of the worse on the high street. They are asking for tenants renewal fee from two years ago which I have already paid back then. They do not keep records or receipts in place. They have staff turnover which makes it even hard to track back. If you do deal with them don’t be surprised if they keep emailing you about cost owned to them.... Read more

Very unprofessional and unclear. I'll never looking for a flat with them. They have no respect for the "future tenant". And they use Van Milder as their reference agency even worse. It has been the worse experience ever. I had to call to know anything about my reference, my flat, dates and if everything was ok or not. They let us pay and then nothing else, no updates, no calls. And they changed their location so we couldn't be able even to speak personally with someone. Very disappointed.... Read more

Jason It was my intention to write and thankyou on behalf of myself and my client for making the whole sales process as painless as possible. By way of a bit of background I decided after ringing most of the agents in Beckenham that I would invite 3 to value the property and appoint one of those 3. Easier said than done. KFH who had managed the property before where high on the list but put the wrong date in their diary. When I rang to point out their error someone eventually turned up but my confidence was no longer there. My Client had left the decision entirely with me and when you came round your estimated sale price was similar to everyone else as where your fees however I was impressed by the positive way? you walked me through the process of how you thought it would proceed. Everything was signed and sorted and a buyer was found as you said within 3 weeks and after some horse trading we both ended (vendor and purchaser) with a good price. Very similar to what you had said to me. The legals then trundled on in the way they do and eventually 2 weeks ago we got there. Thanks for all your help Jason, turning up when you said to always taking my calls and more importantly achieving what you said you would do.
