I do not recommend the agency Homefinders …is not professional,they are…unprofessional,ignorant,disorganised,in our case it started with the fact that we will live behind the wall with the owners,the agency did not tell us this from the beginning hides this fact.We found out when receiving the keys,there were no separate meters in the house.We loaded the electricity with the key at the owner at home.So far I wonder how it was possible to hide this fact.We had a problem with the refund of the deposit,the owner says that we destroyed the tiles in the kitchen, they were from the beginning we had evidence of it in the form of photos on the day of moving in.Later we did not get the full amount for the overpayment for Rent.The agency is so unprofessional that it did not even know that for 2 years,the transfer for the Rent was different day because we moved in much later than signing the contract,delays in moving in!from the agency side…I had emails evidence for everything…We rented from them a 2 years, we took care of the Flat it was rented to us in a terrible condition…dirty.I lost a lot of my energy writing with them,to get your own money back.My advice to everyone who has already rented an flat or house with this agency,take pictures of everything…keep emails with them,record movies before moving in and after moving out.Stay away from this agency.Good luck to all who have been cheated.... Asdaq was hugely helpful during the whole process. As a newcomer to London, I had little knowledge of the areas in Leyton, Asdaq guided me through all the different location and he managed to find me a property when the one I had originally enquired about already had multiple offers far beyond what I could afford. He was supportive during the whole process and always available for a call if I had any questions. I could not have asked for a better estate agent. Asdaq at Homefinders was helpful and informative. He got things done efficiently when renting my flat. He looked out the box, advised on certain things I may not know and went away and GOT THINGS DONE! No nonsense, he overlooked the whole process from start to finish. He got the property in order for renting and got all the necessary certificates such as gas and fire safety etc . He was always there to answer any questions and always responded quickly. When the opportunity presented itself of renting out my property in Stratford E15, admittedly I very quickly found myself in no mans land. The danger of double dip recession looming, Brexit on the horizon, Covid 19 pandemic in full blown circulation. Things looked very gloomy indeed. However, having meticulously researched all the local agents in the immediate area, Homefinders were highly recommended by friends and family whom have either had previous dealings or some form of experience with them. This lead to numerous positive communication over phone calls and emails with Matthew which lead to the eventual viewing of the property, which is when I met Asdaq. Asdaq meticulously and diligently talked me through the whole process from the beginning of getting the property rent ready, what to expect from them as a letting agency. This experience filled me with immense confidence and I was happy to proceed with their recommendation's and services as a letting agency. Having sold my property through Homefinders Stratford during the coronavirus period, I was expecting very few viewings and looking to take a reduction in price considering the circumstances. However, Asdaq from the beginning, placing the property on the market and co-ordinating viewings in a safe way managed to get me multiple offers and to exchange and complete during these difficult times with very little hassle he was always available even after working hours and on Sunday. He was the only agent that was happy to do viewings on a Sunday trying to accommodate all interested parties and I'm glad I went with Asdaq and Homefinders.... Read more

I've recently moved in to my new rental flat, and the process of moving is not easy where if not for the help of Asdaq. Coming from another country without a UK bank card and just starting with my new employer, I've found it cumbersome the process of renting a property in this part of the world. But with the help of the staff of Homefinders, especially Asdaq, I was able to breeze the process. Although it took a bit longer, it is nonetheless satisfying. I would highly recommend Homefinders for would be tenants and award Asdaq a 5 star performance rating complete with hand salute for a job well done. Keep up the good work, guys.... Read more

I highly highly do not recommend this company - if you can, then steer CLEAR from them. How awful they are is reflected in the fact that their manager actively makes fake reviews (eg the one here under “Murat”) to boost up their terrible services. Likewise they have failed in their duty of care during this covid period for their customers. For example, shutting off WiFi for 4 months straight with no real solutions other than false concern - which is truly wicked. Don’t use this service - you WILL regret it. Might as well flush your money, time and sanity down the toilet.... Read more
