17th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Have dealt with Look for 30 plus years, as letting agents for an HMO & in all honesty, never had a bad experience. No none payt. & very pleasant tenants. The recent house sale went very smoothly & the consideration with which Look dealt with the tenants was reflected in their being obliging during a process that had no advantage to them.

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured. 1st Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Recently rented through Inner city estates, Lenka was very helpful, throughout the viewing then all paper work and moving process. The process was very smooth with no complications. Lenka and the agency have been great so far.
9th Feb 2026 (18 weeks ago)Although my early encounters with City Move Estate and their staff were polite and pleasant, they ended up evicting me from my apartment without issuing the appropriate documents at the beginning of my tenancy. In addition, the hot showers in my apartment were unreliable for over a year despite multiple requests to get them fixed- when, after more than a year had passed, the shower was finally fixed up, the eviction notice came soon after. After the improper eviction they then charged me an extortionate cleaning fee. Would not recommend.
3rd Jun 2026 (15 days ago)We went to a viewing arranged by this estate agent The property didn’t look as per the pictures , and the viewing experience felt more like a ‘fish market’ than a property purchase- over 10 potential customers viewing the property at the same time The estate agent didn’t know any details of the property or answer any of the questions raised

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I have used late agency but I am getting best from cl wapping estate and my tenants are really good. I will definitely gibe them 1st priority for my other property.
