It's a family-run business and you can tell they take real professional pride in what they do.<br><br>Customer service has been excellent from start to finish — very hands-on, very responsive to any query, and I was kept informed at every stage. Owen in particular always goes the extra mile and I really appreciate it.<br><br>Positive, practical and proactive. A genuinely professional service with a personal touch. Would highly recommend.

Even though the homeowners hadn’t specifically requested it, she thoughtfully put on shoe covers before entering the properties—a small but incredibly respectful gesture that I had never encountered before in England.<br><br>What truly stood out, though, was how dedicated and responsive she was throughout the entire process. She always responded incredibly quickly and managed to complete all the paperwork with remarkable efficiency. We have never worked with a firm that was so committed to making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
8th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)The property we were living in, how on earth that passed any living condition or health and safety regulations is beyond me. Absolutely disgusting conditions they allowed us to live in, with a landlord who took absolutely no interest in the problems we raised. Constantly getting electrocuted by appliances, a shower that was cold for the entirety of our stay, drug dealers living below us who also were responsible for the maintenance of our apartment, multiple times waking up at 4am to someone beating on the door below us trying to wake up "Poland" and only for city move to say there's nothing they can do and to speak to the council instead. Terrible communication when moving in. Changing our move in time with the landlord but not telling us. Having us move into a property with sick in the sink so neither city move or the landlord checked that the property was cleared out before we moved in. The only saving grace is that they automatically signed us to a new contract allowing us to terminate our lease early. Avoid at all costs unless you are absolutely desperate and the only alternative is homelessness.

I’ve been renting a house through City View Property for the past 3 years, and Im very happy with there service From day one, they have been incredibly professional, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable living experience. Any issues that arose were promptly addressed, and the property was always well-maintained. The staff is friendly, approachable, and truly committed to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend City View Property to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive property management team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. We will miss you and the house!

I have used late agency but I am getting best from cl wapping estate and my tenants are really good. I will definitely gibe them 1st priority for my other property.

Shanique took the time to truly understand our needs and, impressively, came up with feasible and well-matched options in a very short time. This made the entire experience not only efficient but genuinely enjoyable. What stood out most was how relaxed and comfortable the whole viewing process felt.
