An outstanding service from Beatrice Rogers at Foxtons in Stratford East London. From the initial first visit through to the advice and guidance re selling the property she has been terrific with an attention to detail and a sense of what we wanted when selling our much loved property. If you come to Foxtons then I would strongly recommend you deal with her when selling your property.

Offered on a property, but never heard back for a week and a half. Finally fetched the agent, and got my offer accepted. I thought it was a done deal, instead, they showed the property to someone else who has now allegedly made a higher offer. Be very mindful, however, whether is this or another agency they're all the same. They don't care about buyers, they only care about the extra pounds the can make off people.

I had bad experience with Foxtons. I am not writing this with any hatred. I am being a genuine customer and my experience is as straight as my comments.
The process and the way I was handled during the handover of th flat wasn't good. They promised 2 keys within the first week. Its been 12 days now. No sign of it. My husband and I work in different hours. And I was clear about it. When asked, they simply diverting me to contact landlord. I agree that I should contact landlord. But the house was not handed down properly in the first place. I would contact landlord if I had any problems in the future. Not when I take keys from Foxtons. They were eager to have all the payments automated first. Mattress was burnt. No rod for the shower head, headboard was broken. Etc. They said they had the house cleaned by professionals. Please refer to the images which I click the very first day. This review is not to make Foxtons look bad. Some employees didn't take accountability for working under such a great banner. The only intention is that this shouldn't happen to any new customers.

As a landlord I would not recommend working with Foxtons Stratford. The service is slow and unprofessional. The Fee structure is significantly higher than comparable agents in the area who provide better service.

Their agents Lack skills of communication had viewings booked inn but no one turns up and their agents don't even let you know about cancellations , want to have you're time not wasted , choose someone else

Amanda from this office has been an absolute pleasure to work with. With timely responses, truly trying to find properties that fit what you need and not just try to push a place they need to move onto you has been a breath of fresh air in the renting experience.
On top of this, she went above and beyond her normal duties, helping us sort out a Foxton's referencing issue for our new flat, even though it was through a different agency.
I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again in finding another flat if I needed to.
