I would put 0 stars if I could. I did not want to have to leave this review, however the agent who I spoke to today is refusing to do his job,and arrange for maintencence. Today I rang this company at 12.53. I have had to call them several times now. I rarely call them , as I fix things myself . But Im housed here by the council as a vulnerable adult. The agent who answered was so rude, he yelled at me. And I found him intimidating. Spiteful when he raised his voice and yelled “you are no different to anyone else” This man was beyond unprofessional. He should not be speaking to people like this in the first place The immersion heater makes such a loud noise just when you turn on the hot water and it scares my 2 year old. And upsets the neighbours below me. Before the toilet would leak below and I paid £200 to fix it. All I asked is the landlord fixes things that he is meant to do. I ask for a professional service and I got none of this. I don’t recommend anyone uses these estate agents. Iv been left in tears and my friend has had to calm me down after feeling so shook up. If things do not improve vastly I shall escalate my comment to formal complaints.... Read more
