Quick and reliable. Didn't have to contact them for repairs so I don't know how they are in terms of that, I went direct through landlord. Potentially need to advertise more, even in Earlsdon area not as well known.... Read more

I’ve had nothing but problems with this agency for months. First, my washing machine has been broken for TWO weeks, and despite a technician visit, it’s still not working. When I called to follow up, the lady on the phone actually laughed and told me she was on holiday for two weeks, leaving me without any clear idea of when this issue would be fixed. Who’s going to pay for my laundry during this time? To make things worse, this isn’t the first time. I’ve had slow internet for months now, and despite repeatedly asking for help, nothing has been done. It seems like there’s no urgency in resolving problems, and the lack of professionalism is shocking. I would not recommend this agency to anyone. Absolutely unacceptable service!... Read more
