Saw a propriety after messaging them, messaged a few days after about reserving it, they called me in the agency, there the guy continued talking on the phone on speaker for over 5minutes after I walked in to tell me after that it's too much effort for him to send me a contract over before paying anything.... I was emotionally abused by one of the tenants I lived with (shared house) and I reached out to the agency for support and didn't find any at all. This was during lockdow. Things didn't improve so I had to leave at the end. The house and the location were great though.... Read more

Left numerous message yet no reply, made me complete a form in order proceed, then ignored my messages (collecting marketing data?) Contacted head office who sent two messages to the Coventry branch but again no reply. The office secretary kept addressing me by my surname for some reason. Its 2021 - do we need to complete so many forms for a viewing. Glad other estate agents have moved with the times. I would avoid and use someone else.... Read more

Renting a property through Concentric Coventry. Were very helpful, guided me through the process, and dealt with minor issues well as they came up. Repairs took a little while to be completed on initial snagging but were done. No complaints and the up front fees were less than a lot of cometitors. Would definately rent through them again....
