I would definitely suggest using Payne Estate Agents for any transactions in the Earlsdon area; they are far better than another agent which whom I tried and failed to sell my house. They are friendly, efficient and helpful.

An exceptional level of service from the team at the Earlsdon office; a special thanks to Vicki and Molly, who both went the extra mile to ensure that my house purchase went smoothly and efficiently.
As a 21 year old single first time buyer, I had a lot of questions about the buying process, which were always answered promptly and diligently by the Earlsdon team. Despite a number of hurdles that cropped up along the way, I still managed to complete in only 9 weeks from my offer being accepted, which I only have JP to thank for. I love my new house and I shall definitely be coming back to JP Earlsdon when I look to acquire my first buy-to-let in a few years time. Highly recommended.

I used this company when trying to locate a property to rent. Out of all of the estate agents I used, John Payne really stood out. Mia in particular deserves a lot of credit and worked very hard. Connor also was very approachable, professional and punctual for viewings, and made the experience very relaxed. I honestly am really impressed with the company. I honestly do recommend this company for anyone who is struggling to book viewings for houses, Mia was always really helpful and would book me bookings with no issues. Whereas with other estate agents it could be a lengthy and challenging process.
The customer service and communication from Mia and Connor was really genuine and of high service and I hope that their hard efforts are recognised within the company. Thank you both for everything you did for me when I was searching for a property.

When I was looking for an agent to sell my flat I considered a number of options within Earlsdon. I chose Payne Associates because they had excellent local knowledge, strong communications and had a clear idea of how to pitch my property to the market. I was not disappointed with my choice. Payne Associates' photographs were of a high standard, the use of a video tour was a real strength and they continued to stay in regular contact, including post-offer acceptance.

We recently completed a sale and purchase with the sale side through Payne's. The chain was huge and many of the other agents were completely useless, however our agent from Paynes, Siobhan, clearly put in a huge amount of effort chasing down the weak links and driving the process forwards.
I am completely satisfied that we chose to use Payne's rather than a cheaper alternative - we absolutely got what we paid for. Professional service, high quality images in the adverts, fast responses to queries and issues.
If we had chosen a cheaper agent I am 100% sure the sale and purchase would have fallen through.

It was great working with Liz - the Sales Manager - with regards to selling my property. The property was part of a housing association which brought it's many foibles. In one particular instance I was really struggling with information from my Solicitor and Liz showed immediate empathy and genuine concern for my predicament and offered to contact the housing association on my behalf. Liz was able to use her experience and knowledge of these types of contracts to sort out the problem, which was a massive relief to me. At the time I thanked her for having gone the extra mile and she continued to do the same throughout the rest of the sale through to completion. A 5 star customer experience.

Had no frequent updates I had to call them in order to know what was going on. On the week of exchange we was told that there was a break down in sellers relationship and one of the co owners were now in Australia. The branch was well aware of this and did not tell me from the start. Then to be told the co owner that was in Australia the branch did not have there ID. Well I know estate agents should not list property without signed consent and I'd from both owners this is illegal for money laundering purposes.This delaid the exchange for three weeks unfortunately. So there fore for a so called Agent with good reputation play these tactics is wrong. We did complete in the end so not a total disaster I feel the staff held back from giving basic info in order to make the sale go through because if we were told from the start we never would have went through with sale.
