What a brilliant caring and compassionate team.
I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's.
I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit.
Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold.
The acid tests are:
1. Would I use them again - absolutely
2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation

We found Walmsleys Estate Agents to be exceptional
Marks excellent photography skills presented the property at its very best and it sold quickly.
The office team were very pleasant, helpful and highly efficient in responding to our queries, calls and emails.
Marks wealth of knowledge, experience and warm likeable personality was a huge reassurance in allaying any concerns and worries we had in what can be a stressful time.
He really knows his stuff! and is clearly dedicated to his profession.
We would have no hesitation in recommending and using these agents again.

Mark and the team were amazing from start to finish. We received replies to our messages within minutes and they were always happy to give advice. Mark is very down to earth has a wealth of knowledge, is very professional and does amazing photos of the property. I can't recommend them enough, they made the whole experience stress free. I will be definitely using them again the future.
