What a brilliant caring and compassionate team.
I was selling my Dad's home and nothing was too much trouble for the team at Walmsley's.
I had valuations from 3 estate agents and Walmsley's just felt like the right fit.
Mark explained about the valuation, the market conditions, their approach to selling and how the sale would progress through their dedicated sales progressor, all of which meant I had very little to do, which was a welcome change by comparison to other homes I have sold.
The acid tests are:
1. Would I use them again - absolutely
2. Would I recommend them - without hesitation

We found Walmsleys Estate Agents to be exceptional
Marks excellent photography skills presented the property at its very best and it sold quickly.
The office team were very pleasant, helpful and highly efficient in responding to our queries, calls and emails.
Marks wealth of knowledge, experience and warm likeable personality was a huge reassurance in allaying any concerns and worries we had in what can be a stressful time.
He really knows his stuff! and is clearly dedicated to his profession.

Mark and the team were amazing from start to finish. We received replies to our messages within minutes and they were always happy to give advice. Mark is very down to earth has a wealth of knowledge, is very professional and does amazing photos of the property. I can't recommend them enough, they made the whole experience stress free. I will be definitely using them again the future.

Brilliant service from start to finish. Not rubbishing other agents, but Mark really is a class above. The extra care and personal involvement he brings - added to his professionalism and knowledge - make the sale process an absolute doddle from the sellers point of view.
His support team (esp the brilliant Clare) are fantastic and will be on hand to resolve any issues that may arise on the journey to completion.
Great agent, top man - can’t recommend him highly enough.

We used "Walmsley's The Way To Move" in 2022 and found his openness, transparency and willingness to go the extra mile (responding to messages, clarifying the process, acting on our instructions but also adding his reflections) really stood out. We were impressed by his dedication and calm, easy going nature which was reassuring as we navigated uncharted waters. Finally, he was willing to look at situations from different perspectives and worked to find a suitable resolution for us in a number of circumstances in this process. Highly recommended.

We have just sold our property that we have lived in for 38 years - I think without Mark & Clare the sale would have fallen through many times over, it was not an easy transaction and many times I thought it was failed - and without Mark & Clare it would of - much patience, knowledge, tenacity and a grip on the business won us through and I cannot praise nor thank these guys enough. this company will grow from strength to strength because they care and they want to win - and a win for them is a win for you - please take my advice and do not give anyone else your business!

We would highly recommend Mark to anyone who wants to sell his/her house.
Last year we used another high street estate agent, but over a few months there were only a handful of viewings with no feedback given to us afterwards. We had no idea why our house did not seem to generate any interest.
We are so glad we decided to switch to Mark's. From the first appointment Mark gave us valuable advice on how to improve marketability and he really spent time in understanding the strength and appeal of our house. What's more, Mark himself took all photos and he is really excellent at it! The photos he took were 100 times better than the previous one and the write up he produced was very attractive too.
Despite the fact that we did not lower the asking price, within a few days of Mark launching our ad. online, he has managed to line up around 20 viewings over two days, and we accepted an offer within a week! What a difference a GOOD estate agent makes!
There was a bit of a hiccup regarding the buyer's solicitor, but Mark guided us through and helped push thing along and now our house sale has completed. One thing we especially like about Mark is his friendly, helpful nature and his professionalism, plus he is easily contactable via Whatsapp and we think that is very important to us.
We cannot thank Mark enough.
