Change of name from Let Direct to Homes Direct and now Global? Anything to do with a court action fine, of thousands of pounds, for over populating a property? As regards management of property, could you organize a piss up in brewery? to me, you are bloody shambolic and care of nothing but the money. How hard is it to get the bins out for collection day? How hard is it to get the bins back in after the collection? Why, if these properties are trading, is there no trade refuse collection bins? Shops, pubs, restaurants, guest houses, hotels and other respectable businesses in the town have to pay a commercial rate for refuse collections! Any commercial bins at any of your managed properties Let, oops, Home Direct? Is the council tax payer of the town subsidising your trade waste collections? Respectable! That's the worst agency I have ever rented from. People who works there change their mind very often. They should've clean and tidy up house every week, but they did it only one during 16 weeks rental. I don't recommend.... Read more

Home direct is an agency in Bournemouth. I have to say that's the worst place you can go for finding a home. They just want to take your money. In my case the first day I have to give them 700 pounds for deposit + 400 pounds for administration (which is for nothing because they don't spend tome in my case because the first studio they show me was the choosen) I lived there 3 months, and the service was awfull: they never give me solutions: me and my partner had to live with ONE key almost two months because they don't find the other ones, and also they don't let us make a copy. We hadn't got mail key because again they don't know where they were, no news about bills, about where we have to go but of course they know what day we have to pay and how much. In addition, when we come back home for healthy family problems, the arrange with my brother in law that if he and his girlfriend keep our contract, they will give back our deposit: 700 pounds. It's September, and Home Direct Agency in Bournemouth doesn't give anything back because everything was lie. I hope the worst for this type of place, where only matters the money no people. Company in general can be good but people who works there are the worst. I have never seen anyone talking customers like that. The woman who is working there very rude. She doesn't know how to talk properly or she has mental, psychologically problems. House which i rented was nice but people whom works there very very bad. They need chance their attitude. I advise people that don't go them directly make contact with other agencies around, there are a lots of them and i bet they are better with customers.... Read more

Well, the whole story is I booked an appointment to view a property on 4pm through Rightmove and they didn't send me any booking confirmation or phone numbers. I was standing in front of the property for 30m with no one coming and didn't know how to contact with. Then I phoned rightmove again to check what's going on, and a guy said they will call me back, but I didnt receive any phone calls while I was standing there for 10 more minutes. Then I walked into their office when it was nearly closed. There was a girl in the office so I told her the story, then she gave me a name card of her colleague and told me to phone him. He seemed like was driving and said will call me back in the evening. There was no apologies, just “I missed the viewing”. It's 23:20 and I haven't got any calls, messages, or emails. You know I came all the way down to Bournemouth to view the property, and I think that's the reason for I'm writing this disappointed comment now.... Read more

Was told to come into the office as they had several properties to view....first was kept waiting half an hour, then was told they in fact only have one property for me to view.....oh my god I have honestly never seen such a terrible room shocking without a doubt what one would class as a slum.....dark dinghy dirty, damp up the walls ive seen some bad ones before this stands out though....combination of anger theyve wasted my time with such rubbish and shock something this bad is actually being rented out legally at all.....if you came to the UK stuffed inside an oil barrel they might be able to help you out, for anyone else dont waste your time.... Probably the worst properties I've ever seen and very expensive !! The services are just as bad ! I'm really surprised no one have took them to court yet or they haven't got the council on them ! I would not recommend them and advise anyone to avoid them 100% . ... Read more
