The Homesale team were fantastic during the sale of my house in Milton Keynes, and the purchase of our new home in Northampton.
Their very competitive rates, and friendly, personal touch, we're instrumental in us choosing to go with them.
They offered excellent advice regarding solicitors, sale price and staging, and nothing seemed too much trouble.
They marketeted my house extremely well, with the pictures and video tour really showing my house in its best light.
Mike and Gino were always available during the sale and purchase with advice, encouragement, and personal support in what was a unique, often stressful situation with my buyer.
I'm happy to say that everything went through in the end, and we are now in our new home.

Couldn't recommend Luigino more. Had great knowledge of the property or if wasn't sure was able to find the answer very quickly. Very personable and calming presence especially as a solo first time buyer. Answered questions very promptly too. Catered to me a lot with travel, walk round requests and dropping of items. Highly recommend Homesale!
I met Mike at Homesale when viewing a property. I was so impressed that I asked whether they could sell my property located in Milton Keynes. Even though they didn't cover that area initially I am pleased to say he agreed and I sold my house on the first day it went to market for the full asking price. Due to the professionalism and excellent communication skills that Homesale offer, everything was done with ease and the sale went through smoothly in just 8 weeks!

From start to finish Mike and the team were amazing. House was listed and sold within 5 days of initial visit. Mike made the whole process easy and kept us up to date with the sale and chain details. We don't plan to sell again but if we did we would call Mike and Homesale again.
