The sale of my late mother's house was dealt with efficiently and professionally. Add to that the sparkling performance of Marina who was friendly, always available and contributed to a hassle free experience. Would have given 6 out of 5 if it was possible.

I bought my house 3 years ago through William H Brown Estate Agents. During these years they have kept in touch with me to offer me the free house valuation. Yesterday, have been visited by Abigail one of the team members. I want to share my feedback and my experience with Abigail. Abigail is very professional and has an amazing customer service. She came very well prepared with "best price guide" document. She is very polite and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about house prices in my area and very well prepared.
I recommend William H Brown for selling and buying house. They are very professional and very polite team. I had one bad experience in the past with one of the estates Agencey so, now how I can appreciate a great customer service. Thank you, Abigail, for the amazing experience I had yesterday!

We were very happy with the service provided by Marina, Leah, Tim and the team. As first time buyers, we really had very little idea on the process upon purchase but they moved heaven and earth to get us our house with a very quick turnaround.

I hope that who buys the cottage for sale in Guilsborough restores it back to its past authenticity. Structurally some good decisions from current owner but in need of improved and tasteful interior design and furniture choice by next owner.

Horrible experience selling my bungalow with William H Brown. Three different buyers, three attempts to sell, three times I've been disappointed. How can they say that all their buyers are financially qualified through an in house broker if when it comes time to exchange the bank won't release the funds because of the buyers credit score. WHY WASNT THIS PICKED UP BEFORE?
These things happen I understand, but the reason for the negative review is the attitude of their broker when under questioning.
This company has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend to anyone serious about selling their home.

I am lucky to work with Marina Faltinski, besides the fact that she is a professional in her job, she is also very nice, kind and very attentive to details. I always found a solution to the problems I had when looking to buy a house by calling her. Marina is a professional!
