I hope that who buys the cottage for sale in Guilsborough restores it back to its past authenticity. Structurally some good decisions from current owner but in need of improved and tasteful interior design and furniture choice by next owner.

Horrible experience selling my bungalow with William H Brown. Three different buyers, three attempts to sell, three times I've been disappointed. How can they say that all their buyers are financially qualified through an in house broker if when it comes time to exchange the bank won't release the funds because of the buyers credit score. WHY WASNT THIS PICKED UP BEFORE?
These things happen I understand, but the reason for the negative review is the attitude of their broker when under questioning.
This company has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend to anyone serious about selling their home.

I am lucky to work with Marina Faltinski, besides the fact that she is a professional in her job, she is also very nice, kind and very attentive to details. I always found a solution to the problems I had when looking to buy a house by calling her. Marina is a professional!

Lettings team very poor, left us in unhabitable environments after trying to contact everyday for help for a month. Do not use this estate agent, they dont care about your health and safety. A lot of pass the blame and no results

The most professional and efficient Estate Agents you will find….. they are So on the ball it’s unbelievable! Regular communication and updates. If you are not sure how the whole process of selling your house works, then they guide you through the process… including helping you complete the paperwork
They all work as one, as a Team to ensure thorough and friendly customer. They also remember everything about the details of your sale… Amazing!
With a high standard of service and premium professional photography you can’t find a better Estate Agent. They are worth every penny.
