Yesterday, have been visited by Abigail one of the team members. I want to share my feedback and my experience with Abigail. Abigail is very professional and has an amazing customer service. She came very well prepared with "best price guide" document. She is very polite and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about house prices in my area and very well prepared.

Horrible experience selling my bungalow with William H Brown. Three different buyers, three attempts to sell, three times I've been disappointed. How can they say that all their buyers are financially qualified through an in house broker if when it comes time to exchange the bank won't release the funds because of the buyers credit score. WHY WASNT THIS PICKED UP BEFORE?
These things happen I understand, but the reason for the negative review is the attitude of their broker when under questioning.
This company has left a bad taste in my mouth and I wouldn't recommend to anyone serious about selling their home.

Lawrence was extremely enthusiastic, polite and efficient and arranged a number of promising viewings within days of the property going on the market. I had offers at or close to the asking price on the property within a couple of weeks of instruction. There were a few issues that arose along the way to completion and Sam and his team were very supportive and proactive in helping to find solutions. I strongly recommend William h brown branch in Kingsley Northampton special Georgijs Levins Mortgage service consultant been renting for 20 years even I head poor credit scoring he still managed to find me a lender I did give up 3 weeks before the lender accepted to lend me the money he’s very professional and excellent explaining if you really want to have your own house I recommend Georgijs Levins if won’t be Georgijs I still be renting thanks very much *****
