The staff are professional but also very friendly and helpful, they made me feel at ease with the whole process and explained everything clearly. They were helpful and informative when it came to selecting which offer/buyer to accept and explained that some buyers were in better positions than others when it came to things like chains and mortgage offers etc. They didn't mind when I asked what might have been silly questions and they always kept me informed and up to date. They put me in touch with several conveyancing solicitors so I could choose which one suited me. They made the whole thing very straightforward. Lack of communication throughout process unless I called them for update on buyer who after nearly three months and trying different lenders to get their mortgage pulled out, leaving me in a very difficult situation with my developer who I was buying a new build from. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS ESTATE AGENTS. They could have done things so differently but didn’t bother.... Read more
