I had Jon & Co to sell my new build flat in Upton. I had oriorden bond and metropolitan sell my flat first and they did a terrible job. They lost my buyers, and where never organised or active in my sale. I then got jon & co and I always felt listened too and my sale always felt that it was taken very seriously unlike the others. I dealt with Omar and he was excellent ?????? and I was always informed of anything, and if I couldn’t get hold of him he would always contact me back. If I ever had to sell again, they will be my first call ??????. 10/10 ??

Very helpful and efficient- friendly and did the job well. They prefer to use phone than email which is not always convenient but does mean you get quick updates- once I had explained I had trouble answering the phone at times he would usually message or email instead.

Jon & Co have been brilliant for the sale of my old and purchase of a new home. Jeremy responded to an online query quickly and we arranged a viewing. He was great in showing the property, with great local knowledge and suggestions for other properties that may also suit my needs. The experience was very different to other estate agents that I have used, in that there is no pushy sales behaviour, you are allowed to view the property in your own time and ask questions and there is no pressure to rush around or make decisions on the day of the viewing.
For the sale, I had a great experience with Jeremy giving a very realistic projection on the possible sale prices based on the current market. He ran through the entire process of valuation and explained why and how he came to the starting value. Communication was excellent and viewings were organised at our convenience. Both Jeremy and Jon worked hard on the sale and were brilliant throughout, highly recommend!

We had viewings straight away as soon as the house went on the market and got offers quickly as well. I know there are houses with other estate agents that have been on the market with no interest for months and months, so this is a testament to Jon and Jeremy’s hard work and business plan. Everything was done with care and thought, even down to the photos that were taken of the house. We were kept up to date with how everything was going consistently. We can totally recommend Jon&Co as we had seamless experience of selling our property through them. We originally went on sale with a high street agent and after 3 months of back and forth and lots of excuses why it couldn’t be sold, changed to Jon&Co. Omar was dealing with us, he’s very professional and the nicest man you could meet. The property was quickly after 4- viewings and at the price we wanted. We worked with Jon and Jeremy on selling our property in Moulton and they really made the whole process for us as stress free as possible. We had already moved out of the house when it was for sale and they ensured that the house was clean, garden looked in order and even went as far as sending us meter readings and getting the house cleaned for us and meeting our contractors for some maintenance work, because we were too far away to easily get it done ourselves. Really cannot recommend working with them more overall a brilliant experience and I don’t think we have ever worked with another agency who helped us so much.

We initially chose Jon & Co after being recommended, Jon came out and seemed to listen to our needs and genuinely care about our home and sale.
As time went by they surpassed our expectations, each step of the journey through selling our home to completion was dealt with, in such a professional manner, the service was outstanding. They accompanied all viewings. We even had a kind of open house sale day. Which led to 3 interested buyers more or less straight away. Both Jon and Jeremy, always replied promptly, explained each stage as the weeks went by.
In the end we can honestly say, Dave & I felt we had gained 2 new friends. The service was truly great, we even received the most beautiful flower arrangement for our new home on completion day, hand delivered by these two lovely gentlemen.

We sold and bought our home with Jon & Co, and would recommend them to anyone. Jon was professional but had a nice approachable manner which is why we chose them, they were a bit different and more genuine than other agents we had experienced. Aside from their approach, we were really impressed with the quality of the listing and attention to detail. Having the virtual tour added another layer to it which as someone who is regularly on RightMove helped us stand out.
The viewings were done courteously and with a more relaxed feel to avoid pressuring the buyers, which I think helped secure a swift sale. We had about 4 offers on one day!
Jon kept us informed the whole time which was great, and we always felt any questions we had were answered quickly.
Overall, would definitely recommend them.
