Tonu from Homesearch Properties was fantastic throughout. She was highly professional, responded to queries almost immediately and offered great advice when asked. She manged to find me tenants with a guarantor that passed the credit check so that I was able to purchase rent and legal protection insurance. The rent she managed to achieve was very high despite the present climate. Her fees were very competitive compared with other agents. Why would you use anyone else for letting your property!!!...
