I have known Tonu for nearly twenty years both professionally and socially and she has always been extremely helpful with her vast knowledge and experience in the property management industry. She always goes out of her way to assist with queries and concerns while putting you at ease always.
Tonu also has very good and wide reaching network so able to signpost one in areas where she is unable to help. I now consider her as family.

Tonu from Homesearch Properties was fantastic throughout. She was highly professional, responded to queries almost immediately and offered great advice when asked. She manged to find me tenants with a guarantor that passed the credit check so that I was able to purchase rent and legal protection insurance. The rent she managed to achieve was very high despite the present climate. Her fees were very competitive compared with other agents. Why would you use anyone else for letting your property!!!

Viewing was arranged quickly and the team make a real effort to ensure housemates are a good match and the effort was very much appreciated. They go the extra mile. The team are approachable and friendly and respond to repairs or any issues quickly. I would highly recommend them and enjoyed my time renting with Homesearch Properties.
