Keys and Les have an incredible agents to buy a property with. We found comfort from the Duncan from another property we had viewed. He maintained good contact with us via phone and email, and answered all queries no matter how silly they may seem to somebody with experience. We would gladly come back to Duncan and Keys & Lee when move again (in a long time!).

Keys and Lee have been such a help in our moving in to our new home. Charlotte and Sarah expertise in ensuring that our reference went through, they were such a help and communication were of a top level of excellence. Duncan relaying of information was amazing in our moving in process and him ensuring every info was informed back to team was to the tea and really appreciated his skills too. Overall keys and Lee has been such a help with us settling in to our house and would consider them as an estate to surely discuss about property with as we would not have got this if it was not for them.

Could not recommend Keys and Lee (Romford) more highly. Both Duncan and Chloe were superb throughout the purchase of my property. They couldn't have done more for me if they tried. They're always quick to respond to any question I had and gave me regular updates without needing a prompt.

Duncan and his team were brilliant. The whole process from our initial interview to the eventual hand over of the keys was handled with both professionalism and understanding of the emotions involved in the sale of a property that we had owned for 38 years.
Thankfully Keys and Lee kept us up to date as our solicitor was useless.
From going on the market we had 4 offers within 3/4 days and an absolute buyer 24 hours later.
Sixteen weeks from offer to completion.
Thank you Duncan, Chloe and the rest of the team for keeping us sane.

Had an awful experience with this agency. They went radio silent during the middle of a sale. Offer accepted, then I’m told the owner is enquiring about extending the lease and they will come back to me. I still haven’t heard back. It’s been 2 months! I’ve chased and I’ve chased! I dealt with Chloe Boniface who was utterly clueless and not very helpful. Don’t think she has a clue what she is doing. She didn’t even tell me that the owner is enquiring. She strung me along. Had to get that info out if a colleague (Duncan) I think. He hasn’t got back to me either lol. Go to another agency if you are in a rush people, because these guys ain’t got the foggiest! Customer service 0/10!

My experience with Keys and Lee was wonderful, especially with Sandra and Charlotte.
I felt attended to with so much warmth, right from the viewing stage to the getting of the keys, I felt comfortable interacting with them always. The process for getting done the paperworks, references and all was seamless, very efficient and timely too. Thank you.
I am very happy with Keys and Lee, and again, especially with Sandra and Charlotte.

The service received on my recent house sale was exceptional, in what became a very stressful situation (no fault of Keys & Lee) both Duncan and Chloe were always on hand to ensure that I was updated and advised. The viewings were handled directly by them and feedback always given. I would not hesitate to recommend Keys & Lee for a professional and approachable, service. Im actually going to missing speaking with them, but thankful that I am now happily setting in my new home. Thank you !

Lovely staff after having a really bad experience with agency I thought there is no nice agency on the earth lol
But they were really different they make u feel special and they care about everything
Even they sent an email after finishing everything just to check how are we doing in our new house that was so sweet
