Duncan and his team were brilliant. The whole process from our initial interview to the eventual hand over of the keys was handled with both professionalism and understanding of the emotions involved in the sale of a property that we had owned for 38 years.
Thankfully Keys and Lee kept us up to date as our solicitor was useless.
From going on the market we had 4 offers within 3/4 days and an absolute buyer 24 hours later.
Sixteen weeks from offer to completion.

Had an awful experience with this agency. They went radio silent during the middle of a sale. Offer accepted, then I’m told the owner is enquiring about extending the lease and they will come back to me. I still haven’t heard back. It’s been 2 months! I’ve chased and I’ve chased! I dealt with Chloe Boniface who was utterly clueless and not very helpful. Don’t think she has a clue what she is doing. She didn’t even tell me that the owner is enquiring. She strung me along. Had to get that info out if a colleague (Duncan) I think. He hasn’t got back to me either lol. Go to another agency if you are in a rush people, because these guys ain’t got the foggiest! Customer service 0/10!

Professional, friendly and adaptable that go that extra mile - nothing is too much trouble
The biggest difference I found with Keys and Lee from any other agent is that they actually listen and communicate so that I am always aware of what is going on through the process of renting property out through them
Charlotte and Sandra treated me like a person rather than an opportunity to generate money through fees for their company and nowadays that’s a very rare find and appreciated that although a landlord I like any potential tenant still needed support through the process
I can not recommend this agent enough in particular Charlotte who went above and beyond

I'll be up front here - I am not selling or buying with Keys and Lee at the moment.
However, we had Duncan round for a valuation this week to work out what we should do next (sell or improve) and found his manner and knowledge absolutely exceptional. There was no pushy sales techniques, no BS, no false promises or assertions. Just honesty, friendliness and trustworthiness. When we do come to sell, which may be in 2 years or 6 (who knows), we will definitely have Keys and Lee at the top of our list. If they treat customers as well as their prospective customers, then they will be a great business to work with, in a field of very shady characters and business practices.

The most unprofessional service ever. First of all, the agent would barely communicate and every time to get a response I had to email & call several times, often waiting up to a week for a response. Moreover, I was misinformed regarding the progress of the sale (i.e. told that the application was filed, while it in fact wasn't) But the worst part is that after the sale was agreed and about to be finalised, the estate agent found out that the property has an age limit. How can an estate agent not know such basic details about the property as an age limit and still proceed with the sale? They wasted 2 months and caused a lot of upset.

A Masters
We have been using Keys & Lee for the past 20 years, it is a family run business that has always offered a perfect service and goes that extra mile to help, we have been very happy always with the wonderful service we receive. Staff are polite and helpful and attend to all our sales and rental needs. Highly recommend them to handle all business.

Do not don’t use these agents they are very unprofessional. I had my flat on the market for and I did not have one single viewing from these guys. I then asked Charlotte Bates(Sales Negotiator)if one of the other agents can use their photo to advertise my property and she stated that director was away on holiday when thou I made this request to the five days prior and then had to call her and refused to give my even the directors email address. She had a cocky attitude and made every excuse under the sun to use delay tactics to give her more time to advertise my property so she could sell it. I did not even get one viewing ( how can I with Charlottes as a sales negotiator.I don’t think she is even capable of selling a can of coke never mind a house or a flat. I found rude and unhelpful. I would love to ask the director what made him hire her? Anyway don’t waste your time with this agent loads more in Collier Row. I am a very calm and placid person but Charlotte rubbed me up the wrong way and after 5 minutes on the phone to her I took my property off the market with Keys and Lees. Thanks Charlotte not much commission in your wages this month.
