Professional guidance at every stage with an excellent knowledge of the property market both locally and nationally. There can be a lot of apprehension in the Sales sector in general. The team has a very personal approach to their interactions and it feels very thoughtful and you can trust that the intentions are not wholly sales motivated. Yes of course its a business, however some operate on a more ethical and personal basis with their clientele, trying to really understand a customers very unique needs rather than whacking on a one size fits all approach and using the same tired sales spiels. What an amazing team there at Keystones! From the initial discussions about what I am looking for and which area, the team (especially Libby) were always willing to go that extra step.
Once I had found the property I wanted, the sales team helped smoothen the buying process all the way to exchange and completion. Keystones really have a 'family feel' to them, and I will recommend to others 100%
