Professional guidance at every stage with an excellent knowledge of the property market both locally and nationally. There can be a lot of apprehension in the Sales sector in general. Keystones are great agents, they managed to sell our property within two weeks whereas we were with Chalk Street for nearly six months without any serious buyers. Keystones managed to get the right buyers through the door and we had three offers in the first week. Their use of social media is very clever by creating engaging fun videos on platforms such as Tik Told which isn't used as much by other agents and gets buyers interested. Would highly recommend.

This is our second time using Keystones Property to market and sell our property.
In our current situation we switched to Keystones after having our property listed through another agent for several months without any success.
The ability of the Keystones staff to get serious buyers through the door in the current challenging economic climate is astounding really, when this was clearly a struggle for our previous agents.
The approach Keystones take is I believe unique in the industry where they make quite fun short videos showcasing all the rooms in your property and then post these on various social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook and YouTube. This is done prior to the property going live on online property portals such as Rightmove.
All staff I have dealt with at Keystones have been a pleasure to work with including manager Chris who did the initial valuation as well as giving us regular updates on the phone when needed.
Sam and Libby have also been brilliant and have done all our viewings between them and really helped in promoting our property to potential buyers when they came to see it.
Libby has also been great with her regular communication and updates over WhatsApp with prompt replies to my queries and has always been willing to go the extra mile and this has been greatly appreciated.
Our sales process is still ongoing and will post a further update once this completes but overall would wholeheartedly recommend Keystones Property to anyone looking to sell their property and their service is head and shoulders above most other big players in the industry.

It was our first time selling a property, but they made us feel at ease by explaining the process in detail and setting our expectations. Didn’t have the best experience with Keystones as it started well and it got very bad. Sam was impeccable and very helpful and he was trying his best to help selling the house the rest was a mess. It went from having a lot of offers to, buyers not being able to get a mortgage on the type of house I had and losing a lot of potential buyers and money. This information should be known to all agencies but they didn’t have a clue.
I also had a cash buyer who disappear and came back after months because they got told by solicitors and agents they couldn’t buy my house when they actual could buy it and they bought it, so that delayed the process another 3 month.
The whole process took 8 month when it could have been 3 month and I almost lost the house I wanted to buy because of it.

I asked my previous neighbour of her experience selling with Keystones and she was full of praise so we arranged for a valuation. Hayden visited and I was very happy with the advice he gave me. We decided to use Keystones and am so glad we did. Special mention to Sam Pond who oversaw the 40+ viewings. You were a star! We received numerous offers and I was really impressed with the way Chris dealt with the offers, making sure there were no time wasters and ensuring we got the best deal possible. Candice introduced herself as the sales progressor and became our main point of call and I must say she is an absolute asset to the team. Liaising with our buyers, solicitors and the agents who we are then buying through. We are approx 4-5 weeks from completion and hit a bit of a blip which caused some stress and sleepless nights but thanks to Candice this was quickly sorted. Fingers crossed we get to completion. For anybody contemplating what estate agent to use I can only say that you will get a 5 star service from the whole team at Keystones.

Had a really good experience with Keystones in the process of purchasing a property. Sam was very friendly, professional and helpful in showing us the house, and calmly going through every question we would have. He also went out of his schedule to show us another one of their properties that day right after our first viewing.
Although I think purchasing a property in the UK is very time consuming in comparison to other countries, I can comfortably say that Keystones Property made the process very easy for me. Once the sale was confirmed, Candice made sure there would be no hold-ups on any sides of the purchase, and that all communication runs smoothly. Really appreciate her effort in the process.

As an aside, were it not for the relentless efforts of the sales progression team (Hayley in particular), the sale would most definitely had fallen through, the process taken a lot longer, and my wife and I be a lot more grey than we already are. This is a review from a buyer's perspective. I have been unprofessionally treated by Keystone Property during a recent purchase that fell through. During the entire process I was lied to by Hayley and Jay about the seller's intentions about sending the paper work. For 3 weeks I had to call them again and again only to be told not to worry. In the end I was told that seller was trying to buy another property and that did not go through so he is backing away from the sale. This was vital information as throughout I was told that property is not in a chain and the seller intends to leave country. A vital piece of information was not told to me honestly. While they maybe good for sellers please beware if you unfortunately end up as a buyer dealing with them.

It is with immense pleasure that I write this review of recommendation and recognition for Jay and Hayley at Keystones Property, Romford with whom we have maintained a professional /customer relationship over the last 3 months in our journey on purchasing our property.
Helpful and efficient customer service started from the moment I enquired about a property that I saw advertised on Rightmove. Jay was able to not only take my call on the day but managed to book me in and was flexible with my timings. Jay is not your typical agent who is pushy and very time conscious because they have back-to-back bookings. Jay had great knowledge of the area and the property and was able to answer all questions and let the property sell itself. He allowed us ample of time in the property to take it in and assess for ourselves if it was right for us. After making an offer the work behind the scenes with this company started from the get-go and we were kept informed at each stage till the offer was accepted.
We were then passed over to Hayley who was exceptional and quick to resolve issues and to move the process along. You always hear stories where the process is delayed due to the various parties not effectively communicating. This was not the case in my experience as Hayley orchestrated the communication with both conveyancers and the mortgage broker involved. She returns all our phone calls and emails on the same day. We never felt neglected or unimportant.
We have found this company to be enthusiastic, caring, thoroughly competent, knowledgeable and very approachable.

Left work early for an viewing appointment. Waited 40mins agents didn't show up. No call, message or even email for reasons why. Terrible service.
UPDATE: After leaving the review agents contacted me at 8.55am next morning, not to apologise but to accuse me of leaving a false review saying i was 12 minutes late and agent had left.
Even if that was the case that i was 12mins late then would it have not been appropriate for the agent to call before leaving.
My review stands, terrible customer service.
FURTHER UPDATE:
The appointment was booked between 7.10-7.15 as stated on the phone when booking.
I arrived 7.17 due too looking for the thep and parking on a purely lit street. No working street lights outside of properties.
My partner called at 7.22 after me standing outside the property for 5mins.
You stated your agent left at 7.22 which was a lie as i was standing outside the property unless he borrowed Harry's invisibility cloak and went past me without knowing.
I have pictures of the property with the time stamp to prove your lies.
Furthermore you recorded me without my knowledge and approval therefore breaching the telecommunication Act 2000. Which further goes to prove that you are indeed a cow boy agent.
I will be reporting you to the relevant authorities and i hope this review serves as a warning to those who wish to use your service in the future.

Keystones in Collier Row act as a team and, even during the pandemic, whoever answered the phone could keep me updated on the sale of our property. They arranged multiple viewings and we had an offer within days of the house being marketed. This first sale did not go ahead during the early stages of the Covid pandemic, but Keystones were on the ball and quickly re-advertised and, once again, a buyer was secured within days. We were kept fully informed through the whole process, and had access to our file - day or night - to see how things were progressing. I am not one to write reviews, but I cannot thank Keystones enough for what they have done for us. We put our house on the market through another agent, however the ongoing commitment, support & communication from Keystones was definitely more noticeable, to the point where we were very close to signing Keystones as the second sales agent.
We were originally looking for properties in another location, however I then received a call from Adil & Jay informing us of a property that came on the market - that matched what we were looking for. They were 100% correct- it ticked all the boxes and more.
We moved into our property 5 days before the Official Government Lockdown and I can honestly say, that had it not been for the commitment and determination of the manager Adil, we would have not been able to move!
Adil went above and beyond in making sure this sale went through successfully-he would contact all parties in the chain regularly, making sure there was no drift and that progress was being made. If there were any issues that arose, Adil would find strategies to overcome them.
I think what really stood out to me was even days after we exchanged contracts & even when we moved house, Adil continued to check-in on us and ask if we needed anything. What agent do you know would do this after they have received their commission?! Their level of customer service is beyond anything I have experienced.
We would 100% recommended Keystones to others-I would even say we would use them again in the future - however they have already found us our forever home :)

We enlisted the help of keystones at the beginning of what would become an epic 5 month journey. We had two buyers pull out, one after a month and one on the week of exchange. And both times keystones worked incredibly quickly to get viewers back through the door and offers on the table. Both times we had resold our property within 4 days of losing our buyers. And on the third attempt we had buyers that stuck.
Throughout this whole process, Scott, Ross & Jay have remained professional, approachable and optimistic. Have worked tirelessly to get viewers through the door, and when things fell apart they didn’t give up.
We believe they have really earned their commission and from our point of view it really is money well spent. So from us, we couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

All dealings with the agents from Keystones have been professional and efficient. Most importantly the agents I've spoken to, Scott and Melissa, are genuine, nice and always helpful. Keystones Property dealt with the sale of my own property and my mother in laws property.
From start to finish Chris was on top of everything, he felt that the summer house and garage we had at bottoms of gardens where big selling features to which other local agents said "made no difference" these turned out to be the things that got us offers well over the asking price.
Keystones managed the viewings at both properties perfectly and buyers we meet seemed to be bowled over by how helpful they were.
sale become stressful due to our own forward chain but Chris managed to sort everything out and get us moved along with limited stress and kept our buyers happy through out

Have recently rented from keystones collier row. They are very professional and friendly. I know my landlord was also very happy with their service. They solve any issues quickly and are always available when you call the office. Definitely recommend!

I have dealt with Keystones for a few years now, they manage two of my properties for me. They achieved two rent increases which more than pays the fee and it was seamless since they took the properties over from another estate agent who really didn't have my best interests. They have been superb, great with advice and would recommend to any landlord not happy with their current agent. Best, David.
