Picked SHH at random, thinking every agent is as good as the next. I don't know about "the next" but am thrilled with this one. Selling mum's flat has been a breeze. From initial meeting to marketing, a couple of weeks. Photos & promotion excellent. Initial purchaser withdrew, but another was secured within 7 days, & a better offer than previous.
