I am sorry but this estate agent has acted in my mind in a most unprofessional manner.
A family member died in an very sad way and we were in the process of selling their property but HPS spoke with the purchaser and told the purchaser the house was not worth the agreed amount.
HPS had no right to discuss the property and did not think to contact us.
Awful just awful behaviour. They have added hugely to our distress as a family at a very sad time in all of our lives.

This team is a sharp act, I'm so pleased we chose them to sell our house. They are clearly very well trained and knowledgeable and being a smaller company they always go the extra mile for you throughout the whole process and respond quickly to all communications. Attempted (on behalf of the landlord) to take nearly £400 of my bond. All the evidence disproved the landlords claims as outright lies. Bizarre but thankful for the DPS.

Thank you for the reply. I do wish a Hornsea business all the best, particularly in the current circumstances. It is however very disappointing when morals and ethics appear second to the balance sheet. Surely honesty, integrity and being trustworthy are professional codes of practice in this field.

Can be very helpful at times most likely the best place in hornsea if you looking for sales and rentals. In my particular experience in renting a property from this outfit the staff have been very commandeering and friendly. They also show a good interest in there work and give the company a professional look.

Read the other reviews, this company is useless. I asked for a simple desktop valuation (they don’t even have to leave the office), three weeks have passed and still nothing, isn’t hard to write back to a potential customer, clearly they don’t want my commission. Photos are rubbish and they overvalue your property to begin with, to get you to come on with them so they can reduce and then it stagnates. I’ll take my business to someone that can actually give me the time of day. Avoid.
