They e en approached the local council in order to discover the construction type of the non standard ex coucil house I was selling. I used Dee Atkinson and Harrison to sell the house of my late Mother. They were excellent. From the first viewing and valuation from Adrian (who gave very sensible and pragmatic advice), through to the marketing, negotiations with buyers and eventually the exchange and completion. Everyone I dealt with was professional, friendly and I felt represented us well. Communication was excellent. I could not fault them. Their location in Beverley is excellent and they clearly know the local market. Highly recommended.

I would recommend Dee Atkinson and Harrison to manage rental properties / undertake tenant finds.
