Rezee do things differently, I bought a property through them and you pay a price for the property on completion and an admin fee on acceptance of offer. I must admit I felt uneasy doing this as my fee was £3850 up front, but just allow for this in your total purchase price, as long as you have the funds available it's fine. They then give the whole purchase price to the seller on completion and keep the admin fee as their commission as I understand it. The seller has paid because of course you would have gone higher without the fees involved, just factor it in. It's a clever business model for them for many reasons and I was fine with it, in fact I felt more comfortable knowing I had laid hard cash down as a deposit. The admin side of it was spot on, they rang me for an update weekly which is nice and often knew more updated information than I did on the progress of the sale of my own property. They also arranged for me to collect the set of keys from the seller first which saved me at least 2 hours gridlocked in Hull during rush hour. Nothing but good things to say about Rezee and would certainly use them again.

Buyers beware. Misleading, difficult to deal with and employ pressure tactics.
Your response Mr Beercock, is littered with inaccuracies as was typical of my dealings with Rezee. I always responded promptly and timely, the fact the sellers relisted with a different estate agent says everything on this matter.
There was not multiple attempts to contact me. We must have different definitions for the word transparent. I stand by everything in my review as it reflects my experience and the response only further reinforces this.

We recently sold our house with Rezee. We had spotted a property that we were interested in and had to move fast if we wanted to be able to get it. Our own house wasn't even on the market and time was of the essence. We booked a few valuations from various Estate Agents and decided to give Rezee a chance although we knew nothing about them. George came and had a chat with us and explained everything and gave us a valuation very quickly. We were really impressed with his attitude and approach and decided to give Rezee a chance after our first meeting. Within a few days our house was on the market, and a week after that we had accepted an offer we were happy with.
Throughout the whole process Rezee were so helpful and supportive and we never felt like we didn't know what was going on as they kept us informed at every step. If there was anything we needed or wanted to ask, George, Fran, Amy and Jess were at hand to help every step of the way and we couldn't fault them.

I'm currently in the process of selling my 3rd property with Rezee, having completed on two within the last 3 years. The first two were investment properties and both received offers at asking price within two weeks of being on the market and completed within 60 working days. My 3rd is a residential property and I have accepted an offer within 2 days of it being on the market and so far the sale seems to be running as smoothly as the previous two. In my experience the valuations are spot on, the customer service is excellent and the whole process has been efficient and easy. My wife and I found an investment property through Rezee, initially we were very sceptical about going ahead with the purchase due to the reservation fee and the fact that we had never heard of them up on till that point, our solicitor advised us not to proceed due to the high risk of losing the reservation fee. However we decided to go ahead because the process of finding a decent property was quite daunting. I must say going with rezee was the best decision we made. We did but weeks later it fell through. We got in touch with Rezee on Thursday, George came round to value the house on the Friday morning, he was confident he could sell the house within 30 days and it was on the market the same day! The following day, they had lined up 9 viewings for the week ahead. They obviously market to exactly the right people and not people who will waste your time. We used Rezee when selling our home. I have to say the service was outstanding. I would fully recommend this estate agents. The house was well advertised and sold within the week. However the service did not stop there. Fran and George offered support and advice throughout the full process. Kept us fully informed. After we turned to George of Rezee, he came and had a good chat with us. Within a week of it going live the house was sold, but the buyer pulled out , Rezee could not have been more helpful , and soon put it back on the market, and again sold within a week. All through the process they kept us informed on progress , and what was happening with solicitors & contactacting them on our behalf. Fran was always on the end of the phone if we needed some help or advice. The thing I really like is it cost us nothing in fees, due to the way Rezee operates.
All in all I would recommend to anybody to use them.
