Leonards are an independent partnership established in 1884 as a mixed practice firm of Land and Estate Agents, Letting Agents, Property Managers, Chartered Surveyors and Valuers in Hull and East Yorkshire. We are also Traditional Auctioneers. On Tuesday 14th July 2020 I had ridden a bike for over 30 miles. I went down Hedon Road in Hull on the path. But because I was aching and things, I went slow near the fence so it was safer for anyone else on a bike to pass and so I was further away from the road. I looked and there was no-one there at all that could go in front of me from the car park outside of Tramsco and some other companies. All was clear.

So I looked down to stretch my neck which I really needed to do. But one of Leonards' signs was there. It was sticking out at head height over the public path. I went in to it head first.

Leonards said they put the sign inside the grounds and wind must have blown the sign outwards.

I did not know the wind could blow a sign round and then tighten it all up so it couldn't move again.

Leonards caused an accident which gave me a headache and they still have not given me any compensation.

Went to view a property to rent the chap who showed us around new virtually nothing about it, more than what was in the brochure, I asked what the council tax is, how fast the internet speed I could expect as it was out in country, he had no idea.

When clearing houses in the Hull area we occasionally collect our clients keys from here the staff are very helpful.

After renting a property for 3 years where we were told that the landlord is quick to sort out repair issues etc that was never the case we gave up and moved out bearing in mind some of the issues were badly fitted windows and front door that didn't meet fire safety standards as it would jam up among other things in communication about leaving I was told no deposit back as I had ruined the property which in its self was ruined anyway plus never heard a thank you for leaving a new cooker in there dispite it coming with out one rude and uninteresting if you are having issues with anything
