I was really impressed with the honesty and diligence of Shan from Howard McMillan. Excellent service provided throughout the sale of my property.
The advert and photos were done very quickly and professionally. A professional photographer was used resulting in an amazing advert for my property.
Block viewings were booked on a convenient day for my tenants, and was updated throughout the whole process.
The property was sold and under offer within the first batch of buyers also achieving an excellent price. Whole process was finalised within the agreed timescale.
I also purchased another property at the same time so was in search for new tenants. Initially I checked with many agents and compared the management rates. I chose to continue the process with Howard McMillan due to the good service and excellent rates provided.
Block bookings were confirmed on the days I received the keys. I received various offers from potential tenants.
The reference checks and paperwork were carried out while I was cleaning the place up – Tenants were ready to move on the date I finished the renovation works.
Outstanding service received throughout the sale and lettings of my properties. It’s mainly due to the motivation, determination and professionalism of Shan. I will continue to use Shan for any future purchases and will recommend all friends and family to Howard McMillan.
