Unfortunately, after months of waiting and despite their best efforts, the sale fell through due to the seller. Jade was constantly chasing and doing everything she could to keep things moving. I really appreciate all their hard work

20th Aug 2026 (29 days ago)Very disappointing and unprofessional experience with Daniels.<br><br>The flat was advertised as a “new home,” but in reality it was not new, which was misleading from the outset.<br><br>The agent, Joseph, arranged a viewing for 5:30 PM. We had to leave work early to make the appointment, but despite knowing this, he was rushing us through the viewing because he had another appointment afterwards. We were barely given enough time to properly inspect the property. This was particularly frustrating because we had been told that 5:30 PM was the last viewing time.<br><br>We had also clearly informed Joseph from the beginning that we needed to give our current landlord two months’ notice. Despite this, after we submitted an offer, we were told that the landlord could not wait two months. This should have been communicated to us before encouraging us to proceed with the application and offer, especially since our notice period had already been clearly explained.<br><br>Overall, the communication was poor, the viewing was rushed, and the handling of our situation was extremely unprofessional. We wasted our time and had to rearrange our work commitments for a viewing that we were barely given the opportunity to properly attend.<br><br>Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Daniels based on the way this was handled.

16th May 2026 (18 weeks ago)Superb agents from start to finish. We bought through Wex and Co and Mike was so helpful. So many agents were arrogant or didn’t bother to find the time to help me, or even spend 10 mins to discuss my offers and concerns with certain properties . Mike was patient, helpful and understood what is takes to have a fine balance between the sellers agent and a space for the buyer to get some help when buying a place. Thanks again. I have already recommended you and Lak to my son in law, who are looking to buy their first home.

I would gladly recommend this agent, because it felt like a personal service instead of another high street agent, who closed the door at 5pm, and speaks from the window to say “we are closed”. Justin and Shafi were standout.
