I moved to Acorn after I wasn’t impressed with another local agent. From the outset I wanted to ensure they truly understood my property and knew every last detail that only the owner knows and wants shared with buyers. They absolutely delivered on this, communication was excellent throughout and I felt the standard of customer service was very high. I’m sure the buyers also felt the same when they realise that Acorn know the properties well rather than hosting a slightly subdued viewing. Additionally, as Acorn are a local agent they know the Colindale area brilliantly and can highlight all the benefits. Their photography and sales pack was also great, including drone photography. Having originally met the owner Jed, his experience was paramount and expert to ensure every detail of the listing was perfect and reflected what buyers actually look at or ignore. They found a buyer within 4 weeks of it going on the market and held my hand throughout the process, kept the buyer engaged and helped me to chase up solicitors both sides when needed. I’d absolutely recommend them for your property sale, as a bonus their fee is competitive too.

I can’t say enough good things about Paul and his team! From the moment we first met until the sale was complete, they were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend Phil Rogers from Acorn Properties. Phil is a very polite, professional and capable person. It was an enjoyable experience with Phil for my house viewing, as he had shown me many other details that were not shown in the website. After viewing uncountably many properties, I hesitated between two of the properties I viewed, one from Acorn Properties and the other one from another company. Phil had put a lot of efforts in explaining the pros and cons of the two properties to me, while the other agent didn't do much. I am very glad that I ended up with choosing the one that Phil showed me. Phil has been always in the loop and ready to solve problems and questions I had. Thank you, Phil!

I recently completed a tenancy with Acorn Properties, and I cannot speak highly enough of Holly and Roshin. From the very start, they were incredibly helpful and supportive, ensuring that all our needs were met promptly and professionally throughout our stay.
