Do not even waste your time. This agency literally has no idea what they’re doing, but they will rush you like crazy for obvious monetary reasons. They have no regard for your own schedule. And then, at the last minute, after they waste your time, they don’t even know if the property is available or not. Worst service ever, and in my case, it was a so-called manager who should know his job. What a joke.... Read more

I approached Sammy at Paragon late last year to sell my property just before Brexit, which was a very quiet time for the market. Sammy was very clued on in regards to the market valuation of the property, and was excellent in sourcing a buyer. Sammy kept me up to date all the way, I would say on a weekly basis, in terms of viewings etc. The property eventually sold during the lockdown and thanks to Sammy's excellent negotiation skills, we managed to close a deal at a very tough time in the market. I would strongly recommend to use Paragon, I had approached two other large high street agencies before paragon, but I soon found out why Sammy was highly recommended. I don't think I would have sold the property if I had left it with the other agencies. Sammy is a brilliant sales negotiator and has excellent communication skills. Thank you Sammy and the team!... I would never ever buy or rent a house in such a agency . Can’t trust them!!! We gave them the deposit for a property and everything was confirmed the moving date and everything. One evening they are calling us and telling us that they are renewing the contract of the tenants who are already staying in the house. After taking our deposit and everything how can u renew ur previous tenants contract . When everything is confirmed.If you guys wanted to renew the contract u guys shouldn’t put an advert first place. And we had stopped the search for any houses after finding the house .
