We recently purchased a property through Howards Great Yarmouth. Carina Pelikan, who was our point of contact throughout the transaction, was great to do business with. Carina was professional but very friendly and approachable and completely unflappable when we hit a few 'snags' along the way to exchanging contracts within a significant 'chain'. Ms Lawn and the company did a huge favor for their customer who passed away last year. It's taken a while to reach out to everyone from here in the US to the UK. Even though the company lost contact with the property owner, they continued to do a good job and maintain the property. Highly recommended. I have just purchased a house via Howards Great Yarmouth. Daniel Denney, Hayley.Burton-Pye, Carina and the team have all been absolutely brilliant from moment I started viewing properties to having a offer accepted through to completion. This wasn't a straightforward purchase as there were a few very frustrating obstacles due to other matters not related to them. They did everything they could to help. This team were super helpful no matter who answered the phone they all knew what was happening and gave frequent updates with phone calls and emails. Always professional and always extremely helpful. I am renting with Howards and they have been amazing. Firstly, I was moving from London and all the paperwork, video viewings were sorted remotely. I only picked up the keys. I had 2 issues in the property in 12 months, both resolved quickly (2 days and 1 day respectvely). I usually deal with Chloe and she is responsive and efficient. Also, no unnecessary communications! The repairs are reported online so you don't need to wait until office is open. All round - great service.... Read more

As a landlord it is essential that tenancies are well managed. It is my opinion that tenants must be happy with their occupancies and thus willing to maintain payments consistently. I have now used Howards Estate Agents and Lettings for over four years to handle my rented properties and I have found that the agency is extremely professional in acquiring reliable and well vetted tenants that ultimately reduce the possibility of long term problems arising from complaints or lost revenues. In particular, I wish to express thanks to Sarah in the GY office for her professional conduct and the communication they maintain during tenant changes and issues raised by tenants. As a Landlord a key area is having a good relationship with your property management team.
