The whole letting process was smooth and efficient — she kept me well-informed at every stage and were quick to answer any questions I had. What really stood out was her attention to detail and friendly approach, which made the whole experience much less stressful than I expected. The team were really supportive and as a potential first time buyer they broke everything down and made it easy to understand and showed me properties that matched my description and with great potential. Terri picked out a few properties that would’ve been an interest to us and within budget. She was very informative, friendly and accommodating. We were given lots of information on each property and also the area they were within. Would definitely recommend !

27th Jan 2026 (13 days ago)Firsly I want to say that Tom Smith at the Gorleston branch of WHB has been amazing, he went over and above with a very complex property sale that had dragged on with many complications along the way. As far as WHB is concerned as a company, they have been awful! I will be putting a compliant in offically in the next day or so, very missleading information was somthing I had to correct and keep on top of, area managers who cant be bothered to call you when promised and so much more. They should be proud of Tom but shameful as a business!
15th May 2025 (8 mo. ago)We withdrew the property from the market as could not find anything we wanted. If we came back on the market we would use Aldreds again. Friendly and experienced service. Always gave regular updates.

A realistic valuation for where the market was at the time, a genuine effort to get the right people in to view the house, excellent communication and the right level of persistence to get everything over the line to completion. Definitely recommended.

They handled both the sale of our house and the purchase of our new home, and the whole process was smooth, professional, and well managed throughout. Towards the end, when things became more complicated and stressful, the team were always at hand to help. They guided us through a particularly tricky time with care and professionalism, and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Their support made a massive difference, and we genuinely don’t think we could have navigated it all as easily without them. We can’t say enough about how good they are and would highly recommend Stobart and Hurrell to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

From the initial valuation to completion, they were professional, proactive, and achieved a sale price that met my expectations within a few weeks. Their strategic marketing and constant communication made a stressful process feel incredibly smooth. Highly recommend.
18th Jan 2026 (22 days ago)I marketed my Shared Ownership property and my partner and I purchased our forever home with Winkworth last year (completion just before Christmas) and we could not thank them enough for all their help and support. James and Leah were extremely helpful with arranging viewings of the property I was selling and finding us the right buyer. One of the top comments we received when people viewed my old property was that everyone said it was as big as it was advertised (which I was pleased about, having previously viewed properties with other agents and felt that they were a lot smaller than advertised). We did however struggle to find the right property after I had sold mine, but our beautiful forever home came on the market with them a month later. After our offer was accepted, Jade was really helpful at keeping on top of the solicitors and chasing them weekly for regular updates. She was also very good at keeping us up to date with any issues with the chain or if anyone needed to chase any other parties for information. I would highly recommend Winkworth Poringland to anyone wanting to sell their house as they market the properties they sell really well and we had excellent communication from them throughout the whole process.
