4th Apr 2024 (16 days ago)Join a tenant's union and read up on tenant's rights before renting from this hopeless company. Norwich branch dreadful. Absolutely incompetent company, palmed our renting off to the hopeless 'Sequence' sub-company. Took two months to return the non-disputed portion of our deposit due to their shocking incompetence. Would give zero stars if I could, it takes a lot to bring the good name of estate agents into disrepute, but they managed it.
31st Mar 2024 (20 days ago)Having been a new buyer of properties I have been pleasantly surprised at the helpful of the staff especially Tom who put himself out to make sure that I would be happy with my purchases of three houses. He also made sure all my queries were answered in full and honestly. All in all the whole of the staff in the office made me feel welcome and that all my questions would be and were answered honestly. I would recommend Tom and the other staff in the gt Yarmouth office to anyone thinking of moving house or buying for a small business. ( As I did ) My sincere thanks to all. Yve Davis

Efficient + helpful and not pushy- 22nd Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Avoid!! if i could give no stars i would !! very unhelpful and pushiness is unreal but upon asking to view a property i was asked 6 times why i didnt want a meeting with their in house solicitors or mortgage broker to which i responded with already sorted to which they continued to try a pressure me into using theirs i have said no many times. i am sure they wouldn't of done this to a man so why to me !!! also upon liking that house on to road to buying it we were called by a snotty girl who had said to my fiancé that basically if we don't see your deposit the sellers are going to go to Aldreds......... right so you're going to let your competition take your money and commission ? of course you are love! anyway apart from that they don't reply to any questions and we have pulled out of the house we were purchasing because of this company no the house or people i hope you are happy with yourself as a company as hopefully more people will not use you disgraceful, pushy, bullies !!! have both names of the employees which i could name and shame but i dont want to do that ! many thanks

If we needed to sell or use an estate agent again Iconic would be at the top of our list and we would recommend you to anyone who needed to move. Thank you all once again for all your help and time.

23rd Feb 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have used minors and Brady Wroxham branch twice now , and my auntie used them first I have recommended many friends that have also used them , I always use the Wroxham branch , as Abbie is amazing always prompt and happy to help , sold my previous property with this branch and Abbie’s follow up and after care was amazing, they always sell quick and get you a good price , highly recommended their services, chasing the chain , solicitors etc Abbie has always been a great support, a value to this company as well as many others in this office , I opted for a multi agent policy, but only instructed them and had every confidence my property would sell in their care thank you

Sarah updated me on a regular basis, made suggestions of services that are available, easily contactable (telephone or email). As a result of this experience I will hopefully be using yourselves again within the next 6 months for the next property
22nd Mar 2024 (29 days ago)Could someone from this office explain to us what do you do for the money you charge people, basically we know now that all you do is lie to you're vendors and now you all dissappear without even contacting us, I call that a coward of a estate agent "NEVER AGAIN JUST AVOID THIS AGENT"
18th Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

12th Apr 2024 (8 days ago)Poor coordination. Drove from NW London for a viewing to be called an hour before to cancel the appt because they couldn't get anyone there due to a broken down vehicle. I know these things happen, but they seemed to not have cared. Lucky we hadn't booked a day off specifically for it; could we do it in a few weeks time was the suggestion... not risking it again.
