The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble.
We sold our property within 5 days. ????

just don't use them. they don't reply to you, don't care once they have your money, you may as well do all the work yourself. had to organise everything and ended up going through purchase estate agents to get any information. there are far better estate agents out there.

My experience is VERY POOR. Several times they failed to return my email messages about a property I have to sell. When they eventually made contact, an appointment was arranged to value and I waited 20 minutes but no one bothered to turn up nor telephone me.
They do not seem interested in selling properties and I suspect they may not be around much longer

Professional, honest and efficient agency - have proved to be the best and genuinely friendly agent in the area from experience.
We bought a house from them, they kept us updated at all times on the sale progress. Clearly on the ball, this identical experience was mirrored by the vendor to us when we spoke.
Very fair and efficient lettings agency; Tracey and Heidi are a total dream to have dealt with for the last 9 years.
Refreshingly honest, professional, efficient and friendly to boot!

I would definitely recommend one estates to sell your house, they are dedicated to selling not like others who can't be bothered to arrange a viewing half the time

We were buying a property through this agent, and were told vender is moving in with his girlfriend so no onward chain. This proved to be untrue as he was buying an other property. Also did not mention CHANCEL REPAIR LIABILITY on this property this affects resale value of property and can result in on going charges. We were lucky to spot these problems when we got the paperwork through from the solicitors, but not before we had paid for searches, This has cost us £300 then had to pull out of the buying because these problems
