just don't use them. they don't reply to you, don't care once they have your money, you may as well do all the work yourself. had to organise everything and ended up going through purchase estate agents to get any information. there are far better estate agents out there.... Read more

We were buying a property through this agent, and were told vender is moving in with his girlfriend so no onward chain. This proved to be untrue as he was buying an other property. Also did not mention CHANCEL REPAIR LIABILITY on this property this affects resale value of property and can result in on going charges. We were lucky to spot these problems when we got the paperwork through from the solicitors, but not before we had paid for searches, This has cost us £300 then had to pull out of the buying because these problems...
