They put the incorrect photos on Rightmove & said they could change them. Poor communication, they didn’t answer viewers questions correctly. After our notice period was over, we went to collect our key, which was handed over without asking our name or for proof of identity. Two weeks later the photo of our property was still in their window, at the original price (we had reduced the price several months ago!) The property remained ion Rightmove despite phone calls & emails requesting its removal.
We didn’t feel we were offered a professional service.

Avoid!! if i could give no stars i would !!
very unhelpful and pushiness is unreal but upon asking to view a property i was asked 6 times why i didnt want a meeting with their in house solicitors or mortgage broker to which i responded with already sorted to which they continued to try a pressure me into using theirs i have said no many times. i am sure they wouldn't of done this to a man so why to me !!!
also upon liking that house on to road to buying it we were called by a snotty girl who had said to my fiancé that basically if we don't see your deposit the sellers are going to go to Aldreds......... right so you're going to let your competition take your money and commission ? of course you are love!
anyway apart from that they don't reply to any questions and we have pulled out of the house we were purchasing because of this company no the house or people i hope you are happy with yourself as a company as hopefully more people will not use you
disgraceful, pushy, bullies !!! have both names of the employees which i could name and shame but i dont want to do that !

Messed my sister about for nearly 6 weeks, deciding if her offer would be excepted,on a certain house which was not even on the selling site, at the time. even though her house been sold from like 2nd day of being on market. Don't return calls, don't keep you in the know. Now she's had to pull out, And now starting again with a different estate agent. I know someone else who used these, had similar problems, hardly any viewings then said we don't do commercial buildings after several months on market

Not Impressed.
our offer had been accepted by the vendors, i got a call from William H Brown a few days later to inform me that the vendors had decided to go with a different buyer because they were in a better position ie no mortgage and could complete the deal quicker.
This just was not true as we had already sold our house and were mortgage free when i pointed this out to the agent she said that it was the vendors right to do this which of course was true but it just smacks of poor practice especially when the agent were on hand to advise.

The sales team in Gorleston were the best. I'd previously had a very bad experience with the lettings agency in Great Yarmouth and swore I would never use this company again. New staff, new brush! The sales team in Gorleston were excellent especially Aaron. Their competition didn't come anywhere near with viewings. Very attentive and kept me informed with progress of sale. Nothing was too much trouble. Not tied in with contract.

I have just had my property on the market for only two days and he team at Gorleston branch of WH Browns was so good and professional, that I can only recommend them to anyone who needs an super efficient and top quality service. Aaron the manager and David were especially good as were Reece and Beth, they could not do enough for us such a help and nothing was any trouble. My photos in the brochure were far superior to any I have seen from other agents. They were taken with care and the rooms were dressed like a TV set, Amazing my house never looked so good. I put my house on the market with another estate earlier this year , in the last few months i have had at least half a dozen emails asking if i would like a free appraisal , and i have had numerous calls , the most recent being the 30/7 , 24/8 and 3/9. each time i have politely said i am not interested , please stop contacting me , on the last call the young man oh im sorry i'll remove you from our database. Well you haven't and today i have received another email . I am fed up of not being listened to . I will be going back on the market in the new year and i can assure you i will not using you . The stalking tactics are unprofessional and quite frankly if you are this full on when i am not signed with you , how do you behave if i were ? i have now blocked your number and emails .

We paid £72 for EPC to Wm Brown by card and an appointment was made with a company with a 4 hour waiting time following this which the nominated company did not attend. A further appointment was made for the next day which they also did not attend. We did not hear why nor get an apology.We requested a refund of our money and asked Wm Brown to help us get this. However almost 3 weeks on we are still without our refund. We have requested Wm Browns help constantly but none is forthcoming. We are very disappointed in the service we have received as we are pensioners and £72 is quite a sum of money to us.

Only taking seven weeks from our initial enquiry to completion, and every step of the way Aaron handled everything in an extremely professional way - his knowledge, professional attitude, and willingness to answer every question that cropped up in a timely manner were particularly impressive.
The circumstances of the sale meant that, at times, it wasn’t easy for us, but Aaron remained discrete and caring throughout - something I really appreciated very much.

I had a very disappointing experience with this agency , Yarmouth branch.
I had viewed a property at the same time with other potential tenants, I was ok with that , but then The agent called me same day and took my card details, advised will contact landlord and will call me back in few minutes, I have been waiting for 2 days with no reply and finally called to know the property is being taken! and they have saved my details for future!
I would expect them ideally to be professional and advise about my current application status so that I can continue my search .
Never going to deal with them again and I advise everyone to stay away !
