Howce have been terrific to deal with. Had three estate agents attend to value my property and Howce were the most prepared and knowledgeable. Their suggested asking price was the most accurate (backed up with comparable evidence from recent sales on my street) and their package excellent. They advertise on all the top property websites/ portals in the UK. The other two agents I considered were not so comprehensive in their marketing (i.e. only advertised on one of the big three portals in the UK) and seemed to put more emphasis on their branding above anything else. With due respect, their branding was not going to sell my house! Howce had three offers (all at asking price or above) for me within 8 days. Sale progressed smoothly and I was not forgotten about during this process. Regularly kept me updated and all the chasing was done by Howce. Very proactive in their approach.
