We have been fortunate enough to have completed the process of selling our home and buying a new one through Richard Harding Estate Agents, and have genuinely *enjoyed* working with their team throughout the process. Having had very variable and some negative experiences with Estate Agencies in the past, I am so pleased with the service we recieved from the team at Richard Harding who take an extremely supportive and person-centered approach to navigating property purchases and sales.
Particular thanks to Ben W who was involved in our case from valuation to completion, and is an incredibly knowledgeable and personable agent who gave us extremely helpful and balanced advice at every stage. Additionally, Peter W was extremely helpful to us through our purchase, and we will most certainly be using Richard Harding again when should we come to move again in future. Highly reccomend.

Really nice estate agent to deal with. Friendly, communicative and proactive when it came to nudging things along. We had the pleasure of dealing with Peter Walker, who despite being our vendors’s agent and not ours, kept in touch with us throughout proceedings and helped to navigate a few challenges within the chain. To top things off we were given a lovely home made Victoria sponge cake when collecting the keys which gave us and our removals guys a much needed boost in the second half of moving day!

Our estate agents Richard Harding were outstanding from start to finish. We managed to sell our house in 2021, but then were unable to buy anywhere else due to the very buoyant market. When we found a property at the beginning of 2024, we were easily able to remarket our house and within three weeks had put it back on the market and sold it subject to contract, ensuring we were able to secure our new home.
The support and information we had from all Richard Harding staff was excellent and in particular Neil Muirhead handled both sales in a highly professional and supportive manner. When his work was taken over by Peter Sharland, we continue to have excellent service and regular updates.

Below is the post we made in 2019 when looking for property in Bristol. That was the reason we decided to use Richard Harding, but this time to sell the property that we bought in 2019. The service provided has been excellent; professional, friendly, efficient and most importantly RH found us some great buyers. Whilst we had dealt with a few of the team Tom West has been our main contact and he has been superb. We would highly recommend Richard Harding, they truly understand the local market and offer a special service.

During 2019 we had been searching for a property in Bristol. We are experienced home owners and have bought and sold many houses over 35 years. Over this time Ben Woollams from Richard Harding is probably the best Estate Agent we have worked with. RH appear to have a good stock of property and the service offered from Ben was excellent. Patience and listening skills were great and relevant information was always available. A very pleasurable experience.

Fantastic service during the sale of my elderly mum and dad's house. We changed agents after the previous firm was underperforming. Peter Sharland and his team were excellent from start to finish. Knowlegable, realistic and authoritative, very good communicators. Not pushy at all and listened to what we needed from the sale. Took a lot of the stress out of the process. Highly recommended.
