We were really struggling to find a place in Bristol and Hollie was absolutely determined to help us!! From the first viewing she was the most helpful, personable and friendly estate agent we'd come across. She proved herself to be incredibly efficient and a true problem solver when we came up against all sorts of problems with our finances (mainly as I hadn't yet started my job.) My partner and I couldn't thank her enough for all her help, and we're happily settled into our lovely flat. Would highly recommend Chappell and Matthews, entirely due to the excellent service we received from Hollie.

I received such great service from Matt Humphrey and his team at Chappell and Matthews in Whiteladies Road. Communication was great and they made me feel at ease during the whole process.
I used Martin Mullen at the branch for my mortgage and would highly recommend him. As someone who doesn't find mortgages the easiest to understand, he took all of the pain away for me and made it all very easy and straightforward!
I wouldn't hesitate in using Chappell and Matthews again!

I've used a lot of estate agents to find properties to rent over the years, but Chappell & Matthews have been the best. Hollie found me a beautiful flat that would take a small dog, at a good price, extremely quickly and there wasn't a need to view anymore. They are approachable, helpful and efficient. When I have a problem, their reporting system is quick and easy to use, someone gets onto it very quickly. I would highly recommend them.

Had a FANTASTIC experience with Chappell and Matthews Clifton office. Hollie Davies showed us around and helped us to secure the flat...she was an absolute gem! When coming down to the paper work and the signing, Lauren Figurski, helped us through every step of the way. The girls were fab, and we would highly recommend Chappell and Matthews to anyone!

Ignas Pilybas has been working to help me move out of the rented flat during the current difficult Covid 19 times. Ignas has just been superb with his timely responses and is always looking for solutions. Extremely understanding with a wonderful "customer service". Wish him all the very best in this profession, I am sure he will succeed in a big way, the way he is managing customers. An absolute delight and pleasure to work with.

Chappell and Matthew's were difficult to deal with and did not sell our home. The original agent gave us bad advice around pricing and was hard to get in contact with. They then left and we were given another agent who had a different approach. However, whilst they accepted phone calls they provided minimal advice and were reluctant to suggest any changes that we could make to assist with the sale. The refrain was the right person would come along. The flat was on the market for several months with no offers which told me something was wrong with either the advert, the price or the flat itself (or a combination of all 3) This was not acknowledged by the estate agent and no advice around improving the listing was given. Eventually we just concluded they were incompetent and took our business elsewhere.

Alice made renting a student property very easy and stress free for myself and my friends as she was very friendly and helpful! We received a response very quickly after putting in our offer, our contracts were explained thoroughly to us and any questions that we had about the property were answered professionally which made us feel very comfortable. Overall a very positive experience and I would recommend to others.
