My impression is that none of the BM staff had any experience whatsoever - a very junior inexperienced team, lead by a very lacklustre, hands-off manager. It was clear very quickly they were not representing my house properly - which is the easiest house to sell! It's turnkey ready - presented as a show house in the most-sought after area, and on a private street. Yet i got not one viewing in 7 weeks! I had to re-write all the particulars - they missed ALL the sellable details! Because they were in breach of their own contract by going to market without my knowledge or permission, I was able to leave when they finally terminated the contract only after I brought in a litigator. Horrendous experience. Their contracts are also 20 weeks long! Stay away! Use a local, independent estate agent who cares about their reputation, knows the area, has a strong staff retention rate, employees who are homeowners and have gone through the buying/selling process themselves and want to do a great job.... Very disappointed! Essentially a bunch of young kids following a sales patter! Lied about aspects of the sale process and kept leaving the house unlocked! Changed to a new agent and sold house within 3 days! Would not recommend!... Read more

Very unprofessional estate agents. Found out later that they lied about the previous history of the property. A friend of mine who has used them before confirmed the same. They are desperate and will do and say anything in order to sell. I do not recommend the at all. Please avoid!... Read more
