Liars and racist. I did a couple of viewings, put an offer on one of them and asked for other viewings. They said that let has been agreed. It's still online and still available for viewings because my friend called. Not replying to messages, ignoring and
unprofessional. Asked 2 times about the offer no details or anything just email - offer was not accepted after chasing for a few weeks. If you don't want to work with certain people you can let them know that you can't present them.All I asked is if I can pay 6 month in advance they said yes of course.I gave my reference and told the lady I can give more information about my business etc when the landlord asks. She was giving me side look and was asking constant questions. Because I am not English doesn’t mean that I can’t afford to rent property in London.so I wasted my time for viewings, putting offer details and sending emails to them. I would never recommend them.

I dealt with Stephanie T. and I must say she has been the best estate agent I’ve had for the last 17 years in London.
Stephanie was EXTREMELY professional, kind, quick in her replies. She has been simply amazing, making the all process smooth and easy.
I could not recommend this agency and Stephanie in particular highly enough.

We recently rented a flat with Daniel's help at the Knightsbridge office. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Daniel was very responsive and guided us through the process quickly to ensure we were able to move in on time. He also addressed any concerns we had and was a great liaison between the owner and us. Dealt with Tom Hewitt and from the get go extremely professional, no hard sell with myself or my wife after several viewings and requests later deal finalised on the flat, arranged it all for us seamlessly, will only use their agency if and when required going forward .
