Chatterton Rees are by far the best estate agency I’ve used. They came to value a property that one of my clients owned, once we instructed them they had photos and floor plans booked in the very same day! The photos of which I must say were league’s apart from other agents I’ve used in the past. The property was then launched online and within 4 days We had 3 offers, one at asking price and the others very close behind. Ed & Perry then worked closely with the legal teams on both sides to complete the deal with a simultaneous exchange and completion! Highly recommend these guys! Who’d have thought a Knightsbridge agent could achieve such a result in Madia Vale, it just goes to show it doesn’t matter where the agent is, it’s the quality of agent.... Read more

What a great place! From the moment we walked in i felt that these were the right people for us. Not pushy, as some estate agents can be, they just 'cared' about us and what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble and they spent ages going through our requirements and making some great suggestions. AVOID. Quite possibly the most inept bunch of estate agents that I have ever dealt with. Not only did they not know simple details about the property but they never turned up for my viewing. So reorganised to see the propety later that week. Yet again they didn’t show. One would have thought that their level of service would be a lot higher considering that they are in Knightsbridge. We (like everyone else, it seems) have had some fairly negative experiences with estate agents in the past but Ed Bezzant is not like other estate agents. We got the feeling Ed could have made a solid career in any industry but is so genuinely passionate about property that he's in the perfect role here. With the sale, he found us ideal buyers - and fast. With the purchase, he helped us navigate a fairly long and tricky process and was totally invested in seeing us through to completion. Not only is he a really nice guy, but he's also a totally committed professional and is available 24/7 to get the job done.
