We had an exceptional experience finding an apartment to rent in London, working with Tacita Rolls. From the beginning to the end it was outstanding experience. At the start, Tacita went back and forth with us endlessly with feedback and ideas while we were still in the US, then organized a fabulous tour of home options for us in London on short notice. After Tacita helped us to secure a flat, she went above and beyond to help us organize furniture delivery and all of the other small details that made our international move as smooth as possible with the children. On top of it all, Tacita has a delightful and colorful personality and is simply wonderful to communicate with!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Sotheby's Real Estate, a company that left me deeply disappointed. Let me share my grievances:
1. Hidden Fees: Throughout the process, Sotheby's Real Estate charged me unexpected fees that were never disclosed upfront. These hidden costs added up significantly, leaving me feeling deceived and financially burdened.
2. Scam Tactics: Sotheby's engaged in questionable practices, bordering on outright scams. Their lack of transparency and willingness to take advantage of clients is unacceptable.
3. Customer Service Nightmare: Despite numerous attempts to reach out via email, Sotheby's consistently ignored my messages. It's as if my concerns fell into a black hole. Their customer service was abysmal, leaving me frustrated and unheard.
In summary, I strongly advise against working with Sotheby's Real Estate. Save yourself the headache and find a company that values honesty, transparency, and genuine customer care.

Avoid this rental agency at all costs. They scam tenants with hidden fees and unjust charges, ignore requests for repairs, and fail to address property issues. Customer service is rude and unresponsive, often not replying for months. Security deposits are withheld without legitimate reasons, effectively stealing money from tenants. The agency's fraudulent practices and lack of integrity make them a terrible choice. Save yourself the stress and financial loss by staying away.
