We thought everything was going very well on the property we were purchasing ! Up to this point the contact had been good, however when the survey came out, we discovered that the only toilet in the property was A macerating one , this was not on the description of the property , it was described as A low level WC , we would have never ever have offered on the property if this had been known at the start !!!! Obviously this sort of toilet is not suitable for normal use and we pulled out !!! However, because the agent didn't know the property he was selling we wasted the best part of £1,000 on survey and searches , which to be honest we are most upset about !! (And considering taken steps to recoup ) Lesson to estate agent please be aware of your Properties when doing valuation, this should have be in property description NOT low Level WC... Read more

This is the first time in using Hunters in Bourne. From valuation, to photos, to sale the service was first class. Our house sold in 24 hours. Incredible!
